Comment : Scammers I do not recommend use of this company. They add additional charges that are not stated within their contract and will attempt to bully you by withholding your belongings until you agree to pay bogus non contracted amount.

Comment : I so appreciate the service that I received with my move. Your staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The best part was when I went back to my storage unit and found the space had already been cleaned. Although this was my second time using National relocation solutions, it was the first time that they had removed my household goods from a storage unit. National relocation solutions was recommended to me, and I have since recommended their service to anyone that was planning a move. Keep up the great service.

Comment : The services provided by National Relocation Solutions were above and beyond my expectations. They cared completely for all of my items and even explained what they were doing. They calmed me down when I was frazzled about not having everything packed. They expedited the service and I could not believe how fast they moved. I have already given your information to others. Comment : Your movers are always pleasant, helpful, careful, considerate, extremely efficient and very good at what they do. On one occasion when we used National Relocation Solutions to move my elderly mother to a new apartment, she was very anxious and both your movers took the time to introduce themselves to my mom and assure her they would be careful with her possessions. Their kindness toward her really impressed me. When we need something moved, we immediately call your company to help us, and we've recommended you too many of our friends and will continue to do so.

Comment : The two gentlemen that moved me were the best movers I have ever had. They were extremely diligent in getting things done correctly and in a very timely manner. They were courteous and so very careful not to bump into door jams carrying very heavy items. I cannot say enough good things about these two men. I hope they are well paid as I had forgotten to get any money for tipping. Thanks for a great moving experience!

Comment : We had an amazing experience this time with you guys!!! We have used National Relocation Solutions 3 times now and this one was by far the best we experience we have ever had! The 2nd one we had property damage but these guys didn't damage a thing!! They were so nice and respectful of us and our belongings. We had a couch that has a bed inside it and we wanted it in the basement and it was a tight fit and they didn't think they would be able to get it to where we wanted it but they didn't give up they kept trying and ended up getting it in the basement! We are very thankful we got these guys they were super that didn't damage a thing and were super nice and willing to do everything and even put the bed back together for us without us asking! It was a huge help! They were great workers and worked fast and didn't drag it out more than needed!!! We WILL be referring our family and friends in the future to National Relocation Solutions!

Comment : The young men who came out to do my move, were very friendly and Hard Working! They arrived on time, and got started right away. They were very efficient, and communicated with me constantly keeping me informed of everything as they loaded transported, and delivered my boxes and furniture. 25 Years of accumulated "stuff" a lot to move. Then they had to walk it up 2 flights of steps to my new apartment. It didn't slow them down. And I never heard a grumble. They moved so quickly when loading and unloading that they shaved time off the estimate of the move, and saved me some money that way! I would have this crew do any moving job I would ever need. Thank You~!!

I received a logical estimate, which I was not able to get from other companies, and the movers actually took less time than expected. Comment : My hope was that the movers would at least be friendly and not creepy. My expectations were completely exceeded when the movers arrived. They were so courteous and professional and so friendly. They actually seemed to be enjoying what they were doing, which surprised me because it must be such hard work. They asked me several times if I was happy with where they placed my items and asked if I wanted them to move anything around when they were finished. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend you guys to anyone.

Comment : This review is way overdue. I meant to do it right after my move...and time got away quickly. My experience was absolutely AWESOME! I am so happy with the service, I will definitely recommend you guys in the future! I had an especially difficult couch to move in. It was 8 ft long and would not go through my front door, so the guys were able to bring it up over the balcony of the 3rd floor! It was not an easy thing...but they did it! They were super-fast and efficient, and finished in under the estimated time. They were just super! They were very professional and did the job expeditiously! They were also friendly, and genuinely nice...easy to trust with your stuff : ) I have only had one other experience with movers and it was back in Florida, and they were so bad, I had to fire them in the middle of the move. You guys are top notch! Thanks for making my move easy!

Comment : I recently used National Relocation Solutions as my choice mover for a long distance trip from PA to AL. I picked these guys as my movers for 3 reasons, 1. They were very persistent with their follow ups 2. They made every effort to accommodate my every moving needs 3. They matched and beat any price I found in writing online. The sales team did a great job with making sure my move went off without a hitch. I really liked everything they did for me and I will recommend them to anyone anywhere who needs a good cross country mover.

I was a little apprehensive about hiring movers, heard so much negative stuff that I was dreading this move. However, those two gentleman who moved my stuff treated my possessions with care. Paul and Danny were great guys and great movers. They came early and left late during our recent move while all the time being very careful not to damage anything. They did their job in a timely and efficient manner that illustrated their professionalism. My moving coordinator Angela was also amazing.

Comment : Do not ever use this company! I moved from Philadelphia to Atlanta on August 18, 2014. The salesman told me he could give me a quote based on weight , not on cubic feet. But on the moving day, the movers insisted a quote on cubic feet, they refused to admit the original quote, and the price was more than $800 on weight , and they were late for 3 hours. I asked them to store my stuff for one more month, and they tried to charge me $ 400, the original price is $200, asked foe a receipt, they never sent me. I noticed them the delivery day more than 10 days ago. But before the delivery day , I called them to confirm, they told me they could not deliver, and they can not give a delivery day, they have 30 days to deliver, just ask me to wait. I lost several boxes worth thousands of dollars, I did not even call them because I know they will not admit and it is really hard to reach customer service, the lady called Phebis left a fake phone number, and most of times customer service does not pick up the phone. Some furniture is damaged. most plastic boxes as containers are damaged.This is the worst experience I have had , I have moved from state to state for five times, I have never encountered such a company. Please note that they hire other companies to move and deliver, customer service seems in Florida,, but the company seems to be in Maryland.
