Comment : DO NOT USE THEM. They are scammers. They hired a 3rd party company to move my friends stuff and they refused to unload, demanding money. Then they locked my friend in the truck when she tried to take the stuff out herself. This company is GARBAGE.

Comment : They worked well with my move. At pick up everything went great I was happy with the wrapping and how everything was placed in the truck. On his way up to NY for my delivery his truck broke down. So my things had to go into storage. They at first tried to fix the truck but were not able to so now I had to wait for the next truck to be in that area to get my things and they said it would be any where from 1 to 2 weeks. At this point at was not really bothered, I understand that things happen and the best part was they kept me informed throughout the whole thing. They did not try to keep me from knowing what was going on which I loved! Once they got my things on the truck and delivered me they even gave me a discount of $250 for my troubles. It might have not been the perfect move but they worked great with me and my things were not damaged so I am a happy camper! Thanks guys!

Comment : This move was one of my greatest moving experiences. At first when I spoke to them about my move I was not sure if I was willing to risk someone moving my own things. After going back and forth and put my faith into national relocation solutions and I am very glad I did. The movers did not damage not one thing and made it to my new home in fl just in time before I started my new position. I am greatful that I choose them and yes I do recommend them for anyone looking to move!

Comment : I am writing here to share my experience with this moving company. It was very pleasurable to deal with the movers. They were very easy going guys who knew what they were doing right from the start. They paid close attention to the detail and make of my furniture and wrapped it accordingly. For example, I have a dresser that is solid wood and instead of just wrapping it with plastic (previous company) they blanket wrapped it then did a little bubble wrap then added the plastic wrapping. It was beautifully done. My recommendations are high! They did wonderful with me and I hope they are just as great with you!

Comment : What an incredible company! My move went flawless! The drivers were on time and very kind. They have been movers for over 10 years, at that point I knew I was dealing with the right people. Just the way that they wrapped up my living set was impressive. They used blankets, plastic wrap and tape and extra padding just in case. My things arrived in one piece with no major damages so I was a very happy camper!! This would be my first move ever that I have been apart of where I can actually say that I would move with them again!

Comment : My experience with them was good. My favorite part of the move is when the movers delivered all my things to FL. They unwrapped my major items for me and did not leave a mess! They also put anything together that they took apart in Maryland. The movers constantly asked Is everything ok? Where you want this to go? etc. They made me feel in charge of my own move. I recommend them to anyone looking to move!

Comment : Thank you for the wonderful service. Staff arrived at time designated, did a walk through the house with me to identify which pieces of furniture were to be moved. Staff then began moving the furniture to the truck, making sure that they were most careful with the item - then covered or wrapped the item with a quilted material for protection. Staff worked at a safe pace both loading and unloading the truck at our new house. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE AND MOVING EXPERIENCE!

Comment : This move was very well planned out and executed. I was very specific with my move I needed certain dates and times or it could not happen. Plus, I had a five bedroom house so it was not just a typical move. National Relocation Solutions really did what they said they were going to do. They did a great job with my move. Comment : It was actually really fun to move national relocation solutions. Everyone that I spoke to had a very upbeat positive attitude, and they all worked as a team as well. I first spoke with Michael who was such a great help in helping me decide how my move should be setup. Then when the movers arrived they were even better. They were ready to work but liked to have fun doing it. They were very professional with everything that they did and in doing that my things arrived with no dings. They made sure everything was finished and done with before leaving. I had a smile on my face my whole. I hear so many bad things about moves I was very glad to know that I could smile about the whole thing.

Comment : Very pleased with the moving team. Hired movers - got renaissance men instead. Were able to help move and diagnose unexpected car trouble and recommend quick fix until I got to the dealership. Very quick, efficient, and professional. Well equipped - had toolbox on hand for things that needed to be dis/re-assembled. Very clear about pricing and service explanations. Very well done job. The moving guys in Truck 8 deserve a raise, or at least a six pack of their preferred beverage at the end of the workday. Thanks again National relocation solutions!!

Comment : I had a wonderful experience with National Relocation Solutions. The movers arrived on time and worked really hard to make sure that everything was wrapped the right way. Even at delivery they took their time to make sure that everything was placed where I wanted it. And they wanted to make sure that I had everything and nothing was damaged, and I had zero damage which was great to see! I even paid less than expected since I was overestimated. It was just overall a great experience. They did everything they said they were going to do.

Comment : My friend had recently moved with National relocation solutions and referred them to me. They were awesome. I hate moving and the timing was super tight. I had to be out of my previous location on the same day I had to be in the new location. I took a chance and they delivered. They came in the day before and packed. Showed up on move day on time and worked until it was done. Saved me storage costs, had no damage to buildings, furniture’s or my property. Plus their price was very reasonable. I tipped the movers because they were very nice and professional super helpful and didn t complain when I asked them to carry away a couple of items (trash) that I couldn t dispose myself. I don t plan to move again anytime soon. I had to move about 2 years previously and had a very bad experience with another mover. So I was very nervous about this one but it all came together thanks to National relocation solutions. Awesome experience, I ll use them again if I ever need to!

Comment : This mover has been the best moving company we have ever used. The foreman and his crew were very punctual, professional, cordial, efficient, and very caring with our belongings. I am very satisfied with the price we paid and I would definitely recommend them to any of our friends. Comment : The boys at National relocations did a great job for us! It was a cold snowy day and their attention to detail was higher than expected. Very cautious of tracking in snow,good safety conscious putting salt on the loading ramp and sidewalk. I was very impressed! I would definaetly refer them to someone! plan on using them again in about 5 months when our new house is completed!

Comment : I was surprisingly happy with how my move went overall. The movers arrived on time and took a little longer then expected because they said We need to get it done the right way, well I was fine with that answer. I was satisfied with the wrapping of my furniture, the whole piece was wrapped, no gaps no holes. And at delivery they made sure that nothing was damaged (nothing at all!!) and that everything was where I wanted it to be. Overall, I would say it was a great move!

Comment : I can actually write something good about a moving company. I have dealt with many companies some good some not so good, but National Relocation Solutions showed me how smooth a move can go. Everything happened the way it was suppose to. The movers arrived on time in both locations. They did not have to pack or wrap anything because I did it myself. But at delivery I wanted them to at least place everything where I wanted and they did with no problem. The price dropped a little at delivery like they said it would and I was pretty glad with the outcome.

Comment : My move was pretty great! The greatness started when the movers arrived at my house to pick up my things. I have moved before and movers are usually dry and to the point but these guys were really funny. They tried to have fun while working but at a very professional level. I think it was because I have a 3 year old daughter. They just wanted to make sure that she was happy and helping so she did not get bored. But they wrapped up my things so perfectly! In my past moves movers just throw a blanket on top with tape and call it a day. These guys used more then one blanket plus plastic protection, I was so thrilled when I saw that. And of course due to their wrapping I got my things the same way I had them. Thanks guys!!

Comment : I always write bad reviews, so this would be my first great one not even good one but great one! National Relocation Solution is the best moving company I have come across. The professionalism that they uphold to is outstanding. Their customer service is on point, when they say I will call you back in an hour, they ACTUALLY call you back in an hour. When they say we have been around for 15 years and we know how to wrap furniture, that is the truth, they even asked me if I wanted more protection. The move was flawless and I will use them for all moves along with my family and friends.

Comment : What a great team at National Relocation Solutions! From the people on the phone all the way to movers, everyone was great. If I mention something to customer service they actually relay the message to the driver, so the driver was prepared to pack a couple things I was not expecting. He was on a tight schedule already and I felt bad having them pack the rest but I could not finish, my kids were getting way to cranky at the time. But they had such a great attitude and made the move very entertaining, it was great! And they did a good job packing up everything because my things arrived yesterday and I do not have to file a claim! Great great great great job to everyone!!

Comment : My journey with National Relocation Solutions started a month ago when I called just to see if it would be worth it to have someone move me or if it was cheaper to move myself. When I talked to them it was just a couple hundred more dollars then if I did but with all the services that I got with the price it was well worth it! And the best part was I got a binding not to exceed quote so my price actually dropped lower at delivery because I did not have as many things as expected. Great job guys thanks!!
