Comment : The professionalism display by ALL of the staff was stellar! The movers were absolutely GREAT. They worked so hard and in a timely matter. Moving is quite stressful, but that stress was alleviated by 2 of the best movers. I am one lucky person to have secured First National as my moving company. Thanks to ALL!

Comment : Never before have I had the pleasure to see such professional services exhibited like I witnessed. Truly OUTSTANDING! I applaud them. Comment : After the recent death of my parents, we sold their condo in Destin, Florida and enlisted the help of First National Moving and Storage in Hollywood with the relocation of their furniture and personal items to my home in Marietta, GA. I could not have been happier with the results. My initial contact with Lisa was a very pleasant experience. She was polite, professional and had a clear understanding of my situation. She followed up very quickly, I was very appreciative of her attentiveness to the entire situation. Her professionalism was very impressive as was her dedication to her job and her thoroughness in explaining the entire process to me. The packers/movers (the ones who do all the “dirty work!”) were nothing short of superb. They took great care with all of our belongings from the largest piece of furniture to the smallest knick-knack. This was greatly appreciated, especially as this was a very emotional time for me. They were very pleasant, very professional and really a joy to be around. It meant a lot to me to have someone who had been involved in the packing and loading in Destin follow through on the move to Marietta. Everything arrived safely with nothing damaged. I would not hesitate to recommend First National Moving and Storage, Lisa, and their entire crew to anyone who is looking for a good…a great…moving company. In the future, if I need the help of a mover in their area, I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them. Thanks to everyone there for making this move a very pleasant experience!

Comment : I contacted them to arrange all the details. They was very helpful and professional. This was my first state-to-state move. To say the least, I was very nervous about hidden costs and extra charges. My fears were com-pounded by lots of “know it alls” who told me horror stories about moving companies adding extra weight to hike the price and stealing belongings. They reassured me this was not the case. Without seeing what I was moving from Las Vegas, he was within 60 lbs. of his estimate and within $30 dollars of the total cost…amazing. This transition went very smoothly for me. you have a goldmine. I will always recommend your firm and in particular, these two dedicated people.

Comment : I moved in August. I hate moving like most people and was so stressed. First National contacted me, gave me a fair quote, sent the nicest team of driver's to pick up my furniture. they helped me finish my last minute packing which I was positive I would finish myself. The customer serivce team was great, they advised me when my items would arrive, Everything that was told to me by my salesper-son came true, he made me one promise a stress free move.

Comment : This Company had moved me from Columbia, MD to Manhattan, NY. Honestly the beginning was pretty stressful. They did show up a little late, and only with 3 guys for my big move. I was really nervous at the beginning (wasn’t sure they will do everything on promised 1 day) but as the move started, I was amazed with the speed of movers. Two helpers, spoke poor English, but the crew leader was excellent in everything. They filled up the whole truck in less than 4 hours (these guys work like ants lol) and left my place. I have received my stuff a day later than I was promised, but Thanks God everything was delivered with no scratches. This is my 5th move, and I have never seen anybody moving that fast. I recommend this company

Comment : What great service! I would highly recommend these movers to anyone. We had three movers. They showed up at the scheduled time I was given the day before. It was raining pretty bad when they first arrived but, that didn't stop them from getting right to work. They wrapped all our large items with care, disassembled the beds and loaded the truck with such organization and grace.

Comment : Last time I've been moved by First National Moving and Storage and it was one of my greatest experiences. The team was so fast and nice. All my boxes were packed with care and the furniture is in great condition, no scratches and cracks. The Foreman and customers service was so helpful and they explained to me how to save the space and the money. I'm not going to change my moving guys and I'll suggest them to all my friends. Comment : We hired First National moving a week ago to help us to move in our new house on last min because the company we hired previously canceled on us an hour ago before the scheduled timings. Guy on phone insured us to provide a truck in an hour an half even though it was very busy time for them as well due to month end. Truck arrived on time, guys were very friendly and courteous, they didn't took any breaks, packed our furniture and fragile stuff very nicely. They load the truck properly , didn't left anything behind even though we had a lots of loss stuff. They also assembled all our furniture and put everything on the exact place where ever we want. They are best, affordable and professional. I would use them in future for sure and I also recommend them to others

Comment : I used First national movers to move from MA to PA. I had to call dispatch several times so they can confirm the pick up date. The pickup was on schedule finally. For the delivery, again I had to call them several times to confirm delivery. I was told my stuff will be delivered today, no one called to inform me of the delay. Multiple calls and email later dispatch calls me and tells me the shipment is delayed because of high volume. They are very unprofessional. The sales rep will lie to you and say there is ample time for the shipment to be delivered on time and delay the shipment once you have paid them. I believe the good reviews here are fake as well FYI - Dispatch and customer support are very rude and unprofessional.

Comment : Left with no choice we had to move on an immediate notice to make it to our new job in Florida from Connecticut. We needed a moving company and quick, most of the movers heard us out patiently and realized that we were in desperate need to move and started charging us absolutely unreasonable prices. It was only First National Moving and Storage a moving company we found online and they were very highly recommended. Most of their customers also mentioned that the company was fair in pricing and did not deviate on the pricing. I have to say this is absolutely true as we too allotted out moving work to them and they never changed the terms or charged us anything extra. The price they quoted was exactly what we were looking to pay and seemed absolutely fair for the distance the goods needed to be transported. They also packed our goods with the best available material and did the packing job quickly. The time they took to deliver was more but I was satisfied with the result of the move First National Moving and Storage processed for us. For this I would like to First National Moving and Storage. Well all I can say is that my experience with them was great and this was the first time I have every taken their help. I am sure if they can do it for me they can pretty well do it for you.

Comment : Due to the lots of heavy electronics in my home, I was really nervous how I would move. I did not re-ally know how to uninstall and reinstall these items. However, First national movers assured me that they can handle them and indeed they did. They uninstalled these equipment’s and moved them with-out any breakage nor damage to my new home and reinstalled them perfectly. I was pleasantly sur-prised as I watched these guys demonstrate their rare expertise in this move.

Comment : First National for the service and they ensured the best service. The move went really smooth and fast and we never felt that we were in the middle of a long distance move. Sales rep, foreman, driver and the crew everyone gave their best and effortlessly completed the entire move within the given time. No complaints whatsoever. I move a lot due to my job, next time I move though I will not need to look for any movers. First National will be my first call.

Comment : I’m really impressed with these guys. They did a wonderful job on my move. The foreman showed up on time with three other very capable guys. The prices were fair and the workers did their jobs with no dilly-dallying. I would recommend trying to pack as much as you can ahead, but if you have no time it’s nothing to worry about since you can bet that the team will show up with blankets and dollies galore. They initially told me 7-17 days and I told them i wanted it as close to 7 as possible... they took 11... I'm just happy everything is all in one piece and there aren't any damages. I really appreciated the price not going up as well, that was important to me as I assured me "no surprises." I can honestly recommend this company to anyone who’s moving long distance.

I always insist on giving thanks where due, and this is one of the circumstances where I am compelled to do so. Comment : It is good to know people. People who can be there for you when you need them most. People like the First National Moving and Storage crew. This team consist of well-mannered staff who are also hardworking. They will always do anything just to see a smile on the face of their clients. I have observed this three times. The first time, they skipped lunch just to ensure that the job was done in time. On the second relocation, they sacrificed their good night sleep just to ensure that they get to my former residence in good time. Last week when my sister was relocating, the driver opted to chip in and help the servicemen in order for us to clear in real time. All these show how good they are, and that is why I love them.
