Comment : The price was great! We had a little hiccup with our home closing, and we were unable to get in to the house as quickly as we wanted. So the movers sat patiently for us to get the ok. It only took them just over an hour to pack up all our stuff, and they handled everything with care.

Comment : When I inquired into the cost of making an extra stop on the delivery side, they got the information for me promptly (it was not outrageous so I paid it). Once they had left with my stuff, they communicated well as to the arrival plan for the next day, and were early on that schedule. Everything arrived in fine shape at both destinations. I could not have been more pleased and would use this company again.

Comment : First National did it again. Excellent service from start to finish. My most recent move was a smaller job and they knocked it out of the park. Somehow they managed to move ping pong table and 2 large exercise machines down 2 flights.

Comment : After much research and review reading on multiple moving companies I chose First National. They were responsible, caring and well organized for the entire move. Customer service was also very helpful in addressing all my questions. The guys at pickup were all well informed as to what to do I really didn't have to do much. The delivery was within what I agreed and all my stuff was still in good condition. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Comment : First National made it it very clear at the beginning that the cost would be based on what I needed done. Packing would be extra but only what I didn't finish. I find it extremely important for a moving company to be honest with their clients. Other quotes I received had no mention of packing

Comment : I was moving from Miami to Los Angeles for a job. I had very strict time constraints with this move that I needed my items before I started my job. I told them I needed it on the 20th so they set the date to pick me up on the 10th. I was stressed to say the least because my position depended on me getting my items. My rep Lauren assured me it would not be a problem but I was skeptical like I think anyone would be. The movers came to pack up my house and did a phenomenal job. I was so impressed! I get to my new home on the 15th and got a call that day saying everything was on track for the 20th. The 20th came and so did my delivery. I was very pleased with how this move went I had to leave them a review! Everything they said they would do they did it flawlessly!

Comment : My move with First National Moving and Storage was exceptional. I didn’t have much time to find a moving companying because the closing of my house was moved forward. I had 4 days to leave my home. I called a few companies but they did not have the availability or just didn’t sound like a company I wanted. I spoke to Tommy from First National and was so impressed by his knowledge of everything. He made sure to give me an accurate quote and have the availability at such short notice! I was so excited to use them to help me move onto the next chapter of my life. The guys that came to my home were awesome. They did a great job packing up the truck were funny while doing it! I made sure they took a lunch break with me just so we could talk and laugh some more. They left with my items and I felt as ease knowing this great company had my stuff. I’m in storage till my new home is ready but can’t wait to see how great they are at delivery. Thank you guys for doing such a good job.

I called my second choice company First National and they came THAT DAY! I was overjoyed that they had an opening I started crying even more. I should have made them my first choice. They came and packed everything so well and so fast. I cannot say enough good things about them since they came in my heighted time of need!
