Comment : Any move is stressful, but I really felt confident with First National Moving and Storage from start to finish. Daniel was great and made me feel my move was important to him and the company. He kept me informed and provided me with whatever help I needed prior to moving day. Tony checked on me by phone during the move to make sure all was going well. My van operator, was efficient and careful with my shipment, as well as the home I was leaving and my new home. He was friendly and courteous and kept track of his workers. He was on time, speedy and tidy. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Mary kept me updated about my delivery, Grace and Maria were very helpful answering any questions I had. I would have no problem recommending First National Moving and Storage or my van operator to anyone needing moving services.

Comment : I Used First National Moving and Storage for My move and they did an amazing job, from the qoute that was pretty much right on, to the careful but fast loading and unloading of my truck. I was even imformed where the truck was, weither it was on shedule etc. over just a great experiance. I will use them in the future for sure.

Comment : Their cost was a bit higher then others, but we felt most comfortable with them. Our sales rep lisa was easy to work with and very details in explaining the process. The movers showed up on time and did a great job packing our goods. All in all we're very please with the outcome and would use them again.

Comment : When I had to move cross country from Florida to Colorado, I was prepared for the worst. After my experience with first National, I can say I've had a complete change of heart about the moving experience. The movers were courteous, quick and efficient. They were incredibly careful when moving our furniture and even skipped lunch to get us out in time. First National showed me that no experience is always bad, it just depends on who you choose to take with you. If I ever have to move again, you can bet I'm going to call First National for their amazing expertise.

Comment : Throughout this whole process, you have been so on top of things, personable, helpful, reassuring and courteous. In every aspect of coordinating this move, you have had everything “in place” at the right moment. This move came at a time in our personal lives that seemed to be a convergence of crisis (major medical crisis in the family). It meant so much that you were very reassuring in terms of the move and how it was all going to work out smoothly, and also communicated empathy on a personal level. Touching base with us each day the movers were at our house gave me the opportunity to ask questions as they came up, and demonstrated a great level of personal care and attention. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and top-quality coordination. It is greatly appreciated! The movers were fantastic! Throughout the entire process, they were both very careful and professional in the way they handled all of our household goods, and incredibly courteous in their interactions with us as a family. They were amazingly gracious, thoughtful and helpful. Their strong work ethic was evident every day. They arrived right on time each morning and worked hard all day. The weather was terrible. My husband and I have been professionally moved several times and have had numerous conversations about how this move has made a strikingly positive impression. Comment : I had whole house damage from a leak in one of our bathrooms that caused us to move our furniture into a Truck. The truck was loaded as though it was going to travel 3000 miles! I couldn't believe the level of care. It was awesome. I was so impress with the young men that loaded it, I requested the same team to unload.

Comment : The purpose of this letter is to commend you for the outstanding service we received from the members of your company in our move from Orwigsburg, PA to Ona, WV. Compared to our move from Iowa to PA, the service we received was exceptional. The highest accolades go to our two drivers. The skills, professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness of these guys are tops! They smoothly directed the packing and loading of the two 53’ trailers. In addition, they shared many helpful insights about the general area into which we were moving. I would enjoy spending time with them, except for the fact that they are on the road most of the time. The guys assisted in the packing and loading in PA and some of the unloading in WV. They handled our belongings with care and respect and both are a credit to your organization. They were unable to make a sharp S-curve to get to our home in Ona, so everything had to be unpacked and reloaded into a 30' straight truck. The crew did a masterful job of unloading and treated our possessions carefully as they carried them into all the parts of our new home. They fit everything in, too! I am impressed with the commitment you have regarding the moving process. Maria called several times to ensure things were going smoothly. She has an excellent telephone voice. I also enjoyed chatting with Tony as he followed up on the quality of the move. He exudes warmth and care over the phone. I wish to thank you for coming promptly to assist with hauling away packing materials and boxes. That was a huge help. If we move again, I would request that First National be selected as our movers. I will highly recommend your company, without reservation, to anyone.

Comment : I had an excellent moving experience with this company. The delivery people were so very nice and accommodating! I had a very small window of opportunity to receive my furniture and the delivery staff twisted themselves inside out to be accommodating. I was also provided with excellent and prompt customer service via email communications with the company. I would heartily recommend your company to any friend or family member who was considering moving.

Comment : Actually I was very pleased after I called First National for the first time. They were very cooperative, helpful, and easygoing. I was worried about the conditions of my furniture because it was not basically mine, but I have to say that I was more than impressed from the condition of the furniture. I have used different companies before, but I have never encountered this kind of welcoming before. I have to say thank you guys for helping me. It was a real dilemma to find the company that care about your belongings exactly as they belong to them. Highly recommended

Comment : I have had it with the so called professional moving companies. They are just bunch of cheaters. The only company who does what it says was First National Moving and Storage. No, they didn’t have any fancy adverts nor did they make me any fake promises. What they delivered was good old moving services. Their men arrived right on time to move my belongings. They were so fast and creative when it came to packing. Everything was organized and systematic. These movers are just machines. They had no issues carrying everything down 2 flights of stairs. They weren’t even tired! Unlike other moving companies, they didn’t even charge me extra for packing materials or anything like that. The final bill was in fact less than the initial estimate. I would never hire another moving company.

Beginning with the moving estimate from Lauren, to the fine coordination by Mary, to the hard work and careful handling of our home essentials by Paul, the move was the very best we have ever experienced. Oh yes, we moved nine times in the last 18 years, east coast to west coast and back!
