Comment : My wife and I moved with Expert Van Lines. Their foreman and the team were so awesome- professional- nice- careful- meticulous- and STRONG. I couldn't believe how they were able to move some things up the stairs that they had to use. We chose them because of their real good reviews on their website and we are glad we did. We used other movers before- they were okay- but one thing you can underestimate is the type of people that are sent. These guys were total gentlemen and definitely the types that would do well in polite circles.

Comment : we were pretty nervous at first because we had never moved with a professional moving company. about ten years ago i moved most of my stuff from my bachelor pad into my current home traveling over 200 miles and i broke so much stuff. i guess i didn't pack it properly for such a long journey and i was really upset. this time we decided to hire a mover so that wouldn't happen again. this company made sure all of our stuff was properly transported and nothing got broken. i would recommend them to anyone.

Comment : Worst moving company ever!!! Gave us a quote for several rooms. When they showed up 12 hours late, the truck driver said the salesman lied to us and they were scheduled for the next day. He then told us the volume that the salesman reserved was way less than the rooms they told us they would take. They took way less than we contracted for and came up with a bunch of additional fees. DONT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!

First of all, having access to storage AND professional movers has made this process very simple (it's unbelievably annoying when companies only offer one or the other). Add to that these people were incredibly respectful and treated my belongings with the utmost care. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is planning on making a big move

Comment : He was very efficient in dealing with the necessary paperwork prior to our move. Removal team arrived as arranged and had us packed and out of our old flat at lunchtime, and in to the new apartment late afternoon. All went very smoothly and the guys helped make what could have been a stressful day go very well.

Comment : I have used Expert Van Lines for the 2nd time and they haven’t changed at all. They always show up early and given me respect! Punctuality is a big factor for me. They are efficient, kind, polite and dedicated. None of my belongings were damaged. They had a little trouble getting out the treadmill but they immediately had a backup plan. The foreman is very experienced I could tell. They also helped me unpack at my new residence. I enjoy their services always and would like to recommend them highly

Comment : Two thumbs up to these Movers for getting my move done last minute and for Packing up all that stuff I had in my Garage and attic. The Men were clean cut polite gentlemen and they had all the proper packing materials needed like mattress covers and boxes which they included in my white glove service. Delivery came with no damages and no headaches I would not hesitate to use these movers again I was thoroughly satisfied their the service and effort they put forward

Comment : Overall the service was good and I'm satisfied. It wasn't a difficult move (I have moved several times in the past decade) and was moving mainly boxes and a few larger pieces of furniture. The Sales team definitely gets an A . My only complaint was that they arrived an hour or so late, which in the end wasn't a big deal but I would have appreciated a call a bit sooner.

Comment : I remember the first few times I moved. Most of my things were broken! Finally, I have had it and hired Expert Van Lines. They have been moving my belongings since then. These guys are just so professional. Their crew arrives always on the right time. Their men are very capable and skilled. Even my old furniture survives in their hands. They are cheap too!

Comment : If you are planning to relocate soon and you have everything checked on the list except the box for a mover, then you have no reason to worry. I am here to tell you about a mover who will make your life easier. Expert Van Lines is the mover I used during my relocation to Pennsylvania at the end of last month, and I think you will want to have them by your side too. They are punctual and respectful while the security of your belongings will be guaranteed. Better yet, they will take control of everything, and you will have to relax while everything is handled.

Comment : We’ve just got done with the movers and they were amazing. I woke this morning at 8am. Went out for a nice breakfast with my kids and got the call at 930 that they were about thirty minutes away. I came back to the house and pretty mashed just watched them as they did everything. By 12 they were almost done but took a quick break for lunch. At 130 all the paperwork was signed and the left the house. It really couldn't have been easier. I was under the impression that moving was like rocket science the way all these movers talked to me on the phone. The professionalism showed in how easy they made things seem. Super smooth.

Comment : Furniture was picked up on 07/30/17 from the origin address. The estimate to move my furniture was 2049.07 but after it was packed the charge jumped to 2719.98 which is more that expected but I can get past that. After everything was packed and paid $800 toward the final bill in cash I signed a document telling me how much I would owe at the destination which was 1051.17. When the furniture finally arrived well beyond the 10 day window promised the driver did not offer me the $200 discount promised for it being late and in addition tacked on $150 for inside flights of stairs which was supposed to be free. The document I signed at the origin had been changed by scratching out the numbers that I signed for and changed the balance due to 1451.13. When I spoke to the driver about this all he kept repeating was “ pay this amount or we don’t unload”. He also refused to call his boss.

They wrapped all my furniture perfectly and they all arrived in good condition without a single dent. Thank you for fast and effective move. Comment : I couldn’t recommend a better company than Expert Van Lines. Some companies lie and say that they’ll help you throughout the entire process, but Expert Van Lines actually did that for me. I’m a first time mover and was quite nervous about such a large move, but they took care of everything.
