Comment : Moved me to New York from Florida in about 5 days. I was quoted at the min. so my price did not change at all. They were professional with packing and patient at delivery because they got there before I arrived lol. But I was so happy with that. I had the drivers number which helped me because he kept me in the loop the whole time and answered all my text messages which I really appreciated. My move went pretty perfect. Now it is just time to get unpacked and make my new place home.

Comment : I normally do not really review because I do not really what to say or how to explain in details but I just had to put out there that if anyone is looking for a moving company then I would say you are in good hands. I've moved a few times.... some good some bad... but my move to DC went really well because it was all as smooth as a whistle. Seriously. They did a great job and the movers worked really hard, there were no slackers. I appreciated their hard work and their timely fashion for delivery.

Comment : Expert vanlines was one of the MANY moving companys that called me for a free quote. My wife and I were moving for the first time to a state we knew no one so everything had to run good. They gave us the cheapest quote but promised A plus service! The movers did everything nicely. We were happy when everything turned out just as promised! Great staff! A plus services!

Comment : Move went as planned as far as dates and when the crew was arriving. They did a pretty good job with the pack up. Nothing broke, so that was a plus. Delivery was smooth and they set it all up for me. Overall great experience and I personally recommend them. I will move with them again, hopefully I don't have to move, but if I do then Expert Van Lines is the only one I will be using. They earned my trust.

Comment : My name is David Moore and I decided to move with Expert Van Lines because they made me feel confident that my move was going to go smoothly and I would have open communication and it did. I am going worldwide and posting on every review site I can because they really did a phenomenal job. Nothing was damaged, they did everything in a timely fashion and even arrived 1 day before I anticipated but I was never kept in the dark, any updates that happened were always told to me. I was in control of my move from beginning to end and that is what I wanted. I am moving again in 6 months (job travels a lot) and I already have that move scheduled with them because I just trust that they know what to do. Awesome awesome job and thank you!

Comment : You do business with expert Van Lines at your own detriment. They are dishonest, Will disregard the contract and demand more upfront money as soon as they show up and will jack the overall price up as soon as they and their collaborators get to your place. They lie to me that they did not contract out. I found out that the person they send was a subcontractor. The subcontractor put less than half of my things in the truck and told me that I had exceeded what my contract call for and then demanded $2000 more as a condition of moving my things. My contract called for over 600 cf, yet they had loaded less than 300 cf of my things. When I question the fact that they had less than what my contract called for, the driver told me to pay the additional $2000, with $1000 in addition to what we agreed upon upfront. In a nutshell, they dump all my things they had loaded in their truck onto my lawn in the rain and drove off. Up till now I am still fighting with Expert Van Lines over my deposit of $800. Doing business with Expert Van Lines is at your own risk.

Everything went smoothly and the gentleman who loaded the truck did an amazingly efficient job which allowed us to avoid using an extra truck, in turn saving us some money. Comment : I used Expert Van Lines out of New Jersey! They were the most irresponsible group of people I have ever dealt with, some of my things were lost, some were broken, things were NOT packed correctly, they did NOT set up furniture the way they were suppose to AND what was suppose to be around an $8000 move turned into $14,000. I would NEVER use this company again NOR recommend them to anyone. Biggest bunch of losers who ever walked the planet.

Comment : I will begin this review by stating, "when you hire a moving company, you are trusting them with your life"...planning a move can be very frustrating and costly. I hired Expert Van Lines to move me from IL to CO. Problems began the day of pickup. I was charged $937 more than estimated. I thought that was bad, but not too bad. I had to use their storage for a couple of months, but whenever I would call customer service, that was a joke. Most of the time I called, no one answered. I left messages, and sometimes it would take days for them to return the call. They were supposed to notify me in advance about my ETA...I was called the morning of, about 2 hours before delivery. I was charged extra for long carry because they delivered in an 18 wheeler (ok, this is in the contract)...however, the delivery driver is just the driver and had to hire movers here in CO to actually deliver my items from the truck to my apartment, I was also (over) charged for steps, but I couldn't get any compensation because the driver only does what the company tells him, and he was not at liberty to make adjustments. I had several items broken, as well as several valuable items missing...how can a 50" flatscreen, just go missing? That is only one of the items, the other items are more costly than the tv, but my point is be very, very careful if you choose this company. From my recent, personal experience with them, I would choose another company.
