Comment : They really did an amazing job with my move and I was very surprised and grateful and lucky! Lol. I loved the fact that they stuck to the dates and times that they said they would do in the beginning. I have moved before and one thing that constantly changed was my pick and delivery dates but not this time! They told me upfront a 2 day span and they made it the first day and for delivery they delivered exactly when they said they would. It was just such a relief to not have to wonder where my things were or f the truck would even show up. I was very pleased with them and they have earned my business for life.

Comment : I have never met a more put together company. This is by far not my first move but my first experience with this company and I am lucky to honestly say that they are the best people I have come across! Before I put any money down to lock the deal, I asked a lot of questions, and I mean a lot of questions. But I did not ask those questions to just the first person, anyone who I got on the phone when I called I would ask the same round of questions and to my surprise all of their answers were the same. Even different sales reps I tested and no one tried to low ball me or promise me something that I knew they could not, they were honest and very up front the whole time. I was even more impressed with the movers themselves, when they arrived they were ready to work and no fun but in a very professional way and I loved that right off the bat. I told them how I wanted things to go, then they took a tour of the house and the items that were being moved and gave me their input and got to work right away. They were done in about 4 hours and I did not see them take not one break, it actually looked like it was super easy for them, like my house was a piece of cake lol. Well all my things are very ikea light! But anyways, every encounter with this company has been really great! I really do recommend them for future movers! They are very professional and know what they are doing.

Comment : I started planning my move in July. I booked in August. My move did not take place until 3 weeks ago and I am here to tell how it went. They quoted me $3675 over estimated due to the cubic footage I had. I was fine with everything that happened during the front end of the process. Customer service was great and on top of it. They would call me with any and all updates. I really felt like they cared about me and my move. When the movers arrived I knew at that moment I was in good hands. They talked to me about the "gameplan". They were so polite and professional. My grandson was with me during the move and he was really happy that the movers wanted to hire him for the job! Before wrapping or taking anything apart they would consult me first and I was happy they did because there were things I wanted them not to mess with at all and other things that I wanted double wrapping for. Anything I wanted was done with no hesitation or complaints. I only waited about 2 weeks before my things were getting delivered. I was called twice by CS to confirm and once by the driver.... and I loooove phone calls!! When they arrived they were happy to see me and my grandson! They unloaded everything wherever I saw fit. I had them stay for dinner before they took off so they were well fed. I also paid a total of $3475 even though not much still cheaper still less then I thought and every little bit helps. They were completely awesome with me and I reccommend them for anyone who is looking for a great company!

Comment : I hoped and prayed that my move would go well and it did. My things arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I had no doubt that my things would arrive fine, because the movers really did an amazing job of wrapping and protecting my things. If anything fell or bounced around in the truck I knew there was no way to penetrate my things. They did a really wonderful job and I am truly grateful!

I thought they would come to my house and rush to load the truck and move on, but instead they really took their time and made sure not to break or damage anything. Communication was a great plus there too! My questions were answered or an answer was found by the end of the day. For example , customer service was not sure of the exact date so they called the driver, and he called me and let me know his schedule and his approximate arrival….. it was super cool for him to call and let me know! Comment : The way that they treated me during my move was really amazing. I really felt cared about. The one thing I asked is that I was always in contact with someone once my things were on the road. And they stayed true to that promise. Someone from customer service called me daily with updates. And the driver would call before he would arrive to set up a time of arrival. It was a great experience!

Comment : I have dealt with many many moving companies. Whether I was the one moving or someone in my family. There have been good ones and really really bad ones. Well with national relocation it was pretty good actually. They arrived on time and pack my things up really well. When they arrived at my new home they were there on time when they told me they would be. Nothing was damaged or missing which was a great plus! Pretty smooth and easy move if you ask me.

Comment : The last time I moved I swore that I would never use a moving company. My last move was horrible and my things were damaged it was just a mess. But since I was moving from FL to DC my company offered to pay for my move full cost no matter what. That was a great thing off my back. One of my coworkers gave me the number to National Relocation Solutions. He said that they were moving his things to and he heard they were great. So I called them up and felt very comfortable right away. I let them know that my fear was that my things would get broken and damaged so I wanted full protection and major wrapping for safety precautions. They were right on board with whatever I wanted and did not want. Even the movers followed what I wanted very well. The price was awesome compared to my last move which was not so many miles. My things arrived in great condition and everyone that I spoke to gave me answers and I love answers.

I am the type of person that I ask a lot of questions to make sure I am making the right decision. Comment : Beware of this moving company. They make promises of delivery dates but do not come through. Their customer service abilities are extremely poor if at all. You call and call but do not get a real person, only their answerring machine. I used them and my stuff was very late. When I kept trying to get a delivery date, I was consistently lied to about the where abouts of my stuff and stood up many times on delivery dates given.When I finally got my stuff there was lots of damage and no responses to my request for resolution. Reported them to the BBB and State Attorney General for investigation of their foul practices. If you care for your belongings DO NOT USE!

Even before they got to my houses the called me the day before to make sure I was home when they got there. I never felt alone during my move at all. Comment : Everything about my move was pretty much as great as it could be. I could not have asked for a better move. The communication was well kept throughout my move. I moved from FL to San Francisco, CA so its a long way away and I still got my things within my delivery window. The driver kept me informed if anything was stopping him for making it on time or just updating me on where he was on the road. When my things arrived it came just as I left it. Nothing was missing and everything looked like it was never moved. They really did a great job with my move and I appreciate that there is a company that cares.

Comment : The movers arrived and did their job and they did it rather fast but carefully. Nothing was damaged when they dropped everything off. It took them about 3 weeks to get my stuff to my new home. I was told one week at first, I was going to be the last pick up and first drop off. But the truck broke down and all my things were unloaded into a nearby storage. I had no problem with any of this because I was told right away. As soon as the truck broke down the driver called me and explained the situation and told me what the plan was from there on out. Communication was the best thing about my move. No matter what I was always told what was happening no questions asked. I do reccommend NRS for anyone who has to move. I paid less than expected because we over quoted all my things. I mean I could not have asked for a better result for my move.

Comment : I wanted to inform all future customers of my experience with national relocation solutions. I was given their phone number by a close friend/employee that had just recently moved with them. I was so thankful because they did a really decent job with my move. I felt like they knew what they were doing. My things were picked up and my only instructions were to make sure that all my big pieces were covered or wrapped to prevent damage and they did that with such ease. Once they delivered my things I was even more thankful. Not only did my things arrived in great condition but they really took their time to make sure that everything was where I wanted it to be. I even changed my mind a couple of times with some pieces and they had no problem moving it around for me. They really worked hard and made my move the best they could!

Comment : I have had a couple experiences with different moving companies and National Relocation Solutions has been my favorite experience. It was definitely not the cheapest move lol but it was well worth every penny. Everyone in the company were all very nice and really made me feel like they cared about my move and they wanted to help, and that is exactly what happened when the movers got to my home. They were ready to work and did not want to stop until I had a smile on my face. They were really great! The scariest thing I had to move was my piano, because it has been in my family for a very long time. And let me tell you everything it arrived in perfect condition!! All of my things did, I did not have any new markings on my furniture and was accounted for. I just liked the fact that I was never really alone, I always had someone to call at all times.

Comment : I am pleased to announce that my move actually went pretty well. I have no complaints just compliments really. My things arrived just on time. They arrived exactly when they said they would deliver. They also made sure that everything that was taken apart at the pickup was put back together at my new home, and I really appreciated that because I could not have done that myself. I paid a little more than quoted but they used a lot more space than expected. I was trying to sale most of my things so the things that were not sold I had to move with and those things were not accounted for in my original quote. Other than that it was ok. The movers worked really well with each other and were in great communication with me. Even the customer service department kept me informed step by step what was going to happen during my move.

Comment : I recommend National Relocation Solutions for many reasons. One, they quoted me a binding not to exceed quote (which did not exceed at the end of my move). Two, at arrival the movers were professional and handy. I knew right off the bat that they knew what they were doing. They were dissembling my things so fast like they did it a million times before. Three, they arrived when they said they would at delivery. Four, I paid less then expected at delivery. And five, they movers really took their time unloading and putting my things where they belonged. Six, they did a great job!
