Comment : Moving with Grace van lines was a memorable experience. They offered the best price, accommodated all our requirements and managed to schedule the move at my preferred date and executed all the maneuvers with great efficiency. They were on time for both the pickup and drop off and also never gave us a chance to complain. They knew what they were up against and they had all the solutions for the possible problems. In short, Grace van lines made our move look so easy which not in reality. I am very pleased with their services and price and I will definitely recommend their services to my friends.

Comment : I had a few more stuffs to move than a family normally needs. Since I didn’t change my location for last ten years, there were many important and unimportant belongings at our home. So many memories were related with those items, we couldn’t throw them off. However, all those items had been relocated by Grace van lines from New Jersey to Maine. They brought everything they needed to move. Maintaining smiling face they worked their butts off. Their efficient endeavor turned out to be perfect execution. Should we ever move again, we will hire them without hesitation. I would advice everyone who is planning to move, should hire them.

Comment : My family several times appointed Grace van lines. We hired them for both long and short move. Their online booking procedure was very easy. Before arrival to pickup, their representative called me to be sure. They came up exactly on time. The skilled workers finished a quick packing and loading services. Our every fragile item was specially wrapped up to make secure throughout the moving hassle. The workers brought all necessary equipment to work. Comment : I have no doubts that Grace van lines is the best movers of NJ. I have tried several movers before I used them. Most of those movers were simply good for nothing but the movers of Grace van lines were simply awesome. They knew what they were doing and they had the knowledge and innovation to deal with the odds. I just loved the way they managed my kid and pets along with the stuffs. Comment : Grace van lines is the best company you can possibly hire. These people are good people and very professional. They have complete knowledge of how packing and moving is to be done. They seem to be in the business for quite a while and are completely great at their job. I was moving to Boston, MA from Newark, NJ and no one was willing to help me. All the other companies who agreed quoted very high prices, at one given point of time I even thought if it was possible to move my stuff on my own. That however would not work with the furniture and heavy stuff. With some research and positive reviews of I read forGrace van lines, I decided to speak to them and they were nice people. I received a quote which was not substantially cheaper but was the cheapest I received. I spoke to the customer service representative and she suggested ways by which I could reduce my cost. The move was just the best and I had no problem. I think most people looking to move and don’t know which mover to choose. Should give Grace van lines a chance, they are the best.

Comment : I moved from NJ to FL. The many damages, breakages, and losses I incurred were due to my stuff clearing being thrown around like garbage. Rubber bins were nearly bent in half with the contents still in them. A bunch of boxes were packed onto the truck upside down and side ways, fragile or not. Box contents had been mixed and carelessly, obviously dropped. Stuff that was wrapped by the company was damaged. Our stuff was the middle section of a truck carrying three deliveries with no partitions (that had been promised) and only one side with a flimsy belt restraint. I feel for those who were delivered after us. It all must have tumbled to the middle. The sweet/friendly customer service I got while booking turned out to be misleading. Every promise they made to me should have been ignored. Only read the fine print. It said something completely different. than the promises made---although it did not say to expect my stuff to be treated like garbage. I should have not believed the capitalized bold-letter claim on the front of my contract and the customer rep's words that told me the most amount of days it would take for stuff to arrive---which was 5 to 7 days....14 at the most. The fine print says 30. The rep I kept calling to find out where my stuff was told me 21. Mine took 20. Short of losing all of my belongings, this was the very moving experience I feared. Note, reviews went downhill on several review sites (but not this one) sometime around June/July, shortly before my stuff was picked up. In short, the amount and value of stuff that was lost and broken was one thing ... knowing that the lack of care was responsible was infuriating. Although I sought restitution for poor delivery service all around, they only offered about $100 for damages in exchange for not contacting BBB, etc. They can keep it. Even if by some miracle none of my stuff had broken, I still would have issued my complaint. I did not take out extra insurance because I could not afford it and most of my stuff is not extraordinarily pricey, but for sentimental value. But after paying close to $10,000 including tips for this move, I should have seen a shred of care given to my belongings. I was told we should have logged all incoming boxes ourselves when boxes were missing. That was a little difficult when we were examining crushed boxes, rescuing one of the movers when the china cabinet (packed near the top of the truck) came crashing down on them, and the captain wouldn't stay for us to finishing inventoring everything.

Comment : THIS MOVING COMPANY ROCKS! Their manager and the foreman especially! Had to get out of my place quickly and at kinda late hours and they were extremely accommodating! Quick, professional, sweet, and rather hilarious, actually! Even my huge wardrobe boxes were a breeze for them, and trust me, I do not pack lightly. Best/funniest moving experience I've ever had, and will definitely be using them again when/if I need it! Thanks guys, you're the best!!

Comment : My first time using Grace van lines and my experience with them is great. I moved from Jersey City, NJ to Philadelphia, PA and worked with three awesome guys who were friendly, nice and extremely polite. On the moving day, they came to my home on time and packed everything very fast using their large boxes. When I contacted the sales rep at Grace van lines, he was extremely friendly and gave me all the important information about moving. The movers were extremely careful with my stuff so nothing got damaged. What is also important for me, nothing got broken. I have two very nice bookshelves and they have stayed in perfect condition. I am so glad that I have worked with such a professional team. Also, best price in the area. I would really like to recommend these people to everyone. They made my move great and easy.

Comment : I have to relocate a lot because of the nature of my job. Being honest I never experienced a picture perfect move in the past but the last time was a complete different experience for me. I would say that I am fortunate because I hired Grace van lines and that too without knowing much about them. When I randomly called them and talked with their sales guy about my move, I felt that they would be the right choice for me. Their asking price was reasonable and the sales guy sounded very confident. I gave them the moving job, which they accomplished effortlessly. I wonder how they managed to pack and move everything within such a short notice and still managed to deliver all my belongings in one piece! Being very honest, they have just gave me the best move of my life.

Comment : My boss told me to handle our office move. It was a short move within Jersey City. I never experienced any move before. So I was bit in stress. I talked with several Movers and they all offered me nearly same price, But Grace van lines was different in price as well as in commitment. Their quoted price was little cheaper than other movers. But I saw that they were most experienced in office move as well as any kind of move. So I finally dealt with them. I was waiting to see actually how they manage a move. They came timely with 3 guys, took a close look at every little thing and started their work. They managed all the office gear with great care and techniques, packed, loaded and moved everything to the destination, did really well to take out the stuffs and stored them again. I checked the inventory myself and none of the things was damaged. They did deliver everything on time. It was really a stunning move.

Comment : It was a little weird for me that I hired a mover. But I did and they performed everything in almost perfect way. Basically I was quite pessimist on moving companies since I had some awful experience with them. The grace van lines went above and beyond to turn out my belief wrong. Last time I used them and they pleased me with their service. I am really thankful to their guys. They were a team of three persons, took very good care and I always respect their dedication. I checked their quotes with some other movers and they seemed reasonable. The handled the actual moving job deftly. They were punctual and their personnel were cooperative and friendly. The company has a lazy customer service but their quote was quite good though. The movers were another story all together. They displayed amazing skills while packing my valuables. Comment : I own a lot of things. Parting with them wasn’t an option. So I hired Grace van lines to move them from Maryland to New Jersey. I required the crew to be creative and careful with my pieces. They were exactly that. The crew of four men, who arrived on time, was very efficient and capable. They brought a lot of packing materials with them and put them to creative use while packing my breakables. They were careful with them while loading them. They delivered all my belongings on time. They unpacked everything and put them in places. Nothing was broken and I was a happy man.

Comment : The movers from Grace van lines impressed me the most with their packing skills. I have read many people complaining about how much packing materials these guys use. But in my opinion, they only do what is best for the valuables. They came with plenty of boxes and other packing materials. The regular things were packed inside the boxes with a layer of tape to secure the box. The breakables were layered inside the boxes with plenty of newspaper and bubble wraps to make sure nothing breaks. Even my furniture was wrapped in shrinking tape. Every item I own is now sitting pretty at my new house and I only have these amazing movers to thank for it.
