Comment : Linden, NJ is a long way from Cincinnati, OH. But the movers from Grace van lines made sure my belongings traveled safely. They packed everything so well that nothing suffered any damage on the way. They maintained their arrival and delivery scheduled perfectly. I was kept in loop by them throughout the move via emails. It was a very sincere effort by these amazing movers. I’m very satisfied.

Comment : I was very impressed seeing how systematically the movers from Grace van lines packed and loaded everything from my old apartment. They labeled each box properly to avoid confusion later. All the breakables were very carefully boxed with lots of tapes. Their immaculate packing paid off after the delivery. We didn’t have to open random boxes in search for something particular. It really made our life easier. The best part was that nothing was missing whatsoever. That must be a first for any move!

Comment : I’m writing this review because Grace van lines earned it by being so honest with me at every step of my move. Their quote wasn’t the lowest. But the guy on the phone explained exactly where my money was going. They could have easily lower their prices and send inefficient movers. But their movers provided great value for my money. They were excellently trained and very skilled. I got the proof when all my belongings were delivered without any damages. Unlike many other companies, they didn’t add any hidden costs to the final bill.

Comment : Alpine, NJ isn’t too far away from Roanoke, VA. I don’t even own a lot of stuffs. But what I just cannot deal with during relocation is the stress that comes with it. So I hired Grace van lines to move my stuffs. I have to commend them for doing exactly what I asked them to, making my move hassle-free. They offered me a very fair estimate to begin with. Their crew of four men arrived on time and they were very well equipped. They packed up everything in just 3 hours. I have never seen movers working this efficiently before. I was so glad that I didn’t have to do anything. They took on the job on their shoulders completely. I am so thankful to this company.

Comment : Moving with Grace van lines was nothing less than a delightful experience. The staffs at office were very helpful, friendly, attentive and responsive. I was given the best possible deal by their rep and I was served like a VIP customer by the foreman and his helpers. All my valuables were perfectly wrapped and boxed and the furniture was padded nicely. They checked everything before loading and did not make me wait for the delivery. I did get all possible reasons to recommend this great company.

Comment : Leo and his crews helped me with my move from Union City NJ to Bronx, NY and were absolutely amazing! There was heavy traffic in the morning so Joe called me to keep me in the loop of when they're arrival time would be based on the traffic so I wouldn't be sitting around waiting, VERY THOUGHTFUL! Leo and his helpers were great with asking me specifics of where things should go and made sure everything was in the right room and place in the room. They were absolutely wonderful, very efficient and made my moving process a breeze!

Comment : Unlike the other movers Grace van lines didn’t get me into any trouble. Rather, they didn’t let me face any. They arranged all the logistics required for the relocation. It was from MA to VA. Quite a long distance. However, their expert driver and heavyweight truck took those things much earlier than the time I expected. And unbelievably all my furniture was fit and fine. I think they are very reliable. Keep up being that Grace van lines.

Comment : If I could have given them 0 starts I would have. The move was from a storage unit to an apartment 35 miles from the storage location. No packing or wrapping was needed. The truck they used was enormous for a studio apartment move to NYC. These people charged me over 3 times the quoted price (I recently moved cross country and this move was only about 10% cheaper for a 35 mile move). They were over an hour late from their Latest expected time, and Never called to let me know they would be running late. The foreman threw a HISSY FIT AND PUNCHED THE MOVING TRUCK when I wanted to pay with a credit card and my building's super said he had never dealt with anyone as obnoxious as this guy. He also broke a light bulb in the elevator of my building, and when asked by the building staff if he had broken it he first LIED and said he had not, and then started screaming at his two colleagues blaming them (they did not break it and were professional and hard workers). I have moved over 8 times in the past 10 years and this was by far the WORST experience ever, and my experiences include having my container held for ransom off of the coast of Naples. I also paid for the movers' time to and from my location. I expected to pay travel time between locations, as mentioned in my quote, but not for the time and tolls it takes for the crew to arrive and go home. When I inquired about how the 'updated' estimate was being calculated, as the foreman scribbled on a piece of paper, he snapped at me and told me everything was in the '26 page contract' which I did NOT receive. He also, multiple times, requested a RIDICULOUSLY high tip. I have NEVER experienced such a request, nor would I entertain paying such a tip, especially when the job was costing 300% more than I was quoted. I also did not have to have ANYTHING packed or wrapped as I was moving from a storage unit. When I tried to call the office to complain that I had been quoted over three times LESS than the amount I was charged, I was hung up on twice, and then they did not answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKS, AND MADE THE STRESS OF MOVING 100 TIMES WORSE THAN IT ALREADY IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment : I cannot thank these guys enough. They have made a very complex move look so ordinary!! I had no idea that Grace van lines has such capabilities. When I called and spoke with their sales rep Joe, I understood that these guys mean business. Joe quoted a very reasonable price and assigned his best team. I had so many fragile and delicate items along with my piano and pool table. So, I was involved in high risk relocation. But the foreman and his team mates did a great job in packing and loading my stuffs and also managed o deliver everything on time and without any error. They also helped us setting up the furniture at the other end. In short – IT WAS A WONDERFUL MOVING EXPERIENCE.

Comment : I have used many moving companies in the past. So, I knew what to expect from a mover. But when I got a lot more than what I was expecting, I was kind of speechless. First of all the price which they offered was less than any other companies, secondly they showed up on time and the move day and packed the whole house without a hitch and paid attention to the safety of the floors and walls, thirdly the drop off was made on time and nothing was damaged at all, not even the tiniest of the scratches!!! After being served like a VIP, it is my duty to appreciate the services of Grace van lines.

Comment : I just moved from Bronx, NY to Trenton, NJ. David and his team were great. They arrived on time, loaded my things in about 2 hours. Then we met in Trenton. Once again my things were unloaded in about 2 hours. Everything was re-assembled and boxes were placed in the appropriate spots. I had nearly 50 cartons of things (so a LOT of boxes!!!). I would use David and his team of Grace van lines again anytime and would highly recommend them to anyone needing movers. They did an outstanding job!

Comment : I hired Grace van lines few days ago for a huge task. They had to move us from NY to NJ but this is not the full story. They had to deal with my pets and my kids who are master of destruction! Movers had to manage the delicate art works, show pieces and the antiques that I collected from all over the world. They did the packing with great care, never hurried at all and boxed everything perfectly. The loading and unloading were very smooth and total moving time was slightly over the limit but that was understandable. Overall, it was a great move where we did not have to deal with any unwanted issues or any damaged stuffs.

Comment : I moved with Grace van lines last week after finding them here. I called few other moving companies and choose them because of their good reviews and because they charge a lot less than most of the other companies I called. It was very easy to schedule the move. The movers showed up on time, were very professional, moved everything very fast and were very efficient. They wrapped all my furniture and nothing got broken or damaged. I'll definitely call them when I move again, and I recommend them to everyone!

Comment : I might be wrong about Grace van lines, but I think they are the best so far. You know why? Because, I have experienced the smoothest relocation so far. They responded every time I had a query and their customer service made the best possible quotation for me. I was still confused until the day came. The team reached right on time and made a hassle free, noise free and an injury free moving. It lasted for not more than 3 hours to load the truck and empty the house. The new place was happily receiving the goods before the deadline. The bill was lower than the estimate and I was HAPPY.

Comment : The most admirable feature of Grace van lines that I found was their positive attitude. They knew that they had to solve my problem. They did their best and I found that better than a lot of bests. My previous experience says Grace van lines customer service and execution crews are more enthusiastic than any other mover. It should be mentioned that my stuffs were out of any dent or injury all through the time it happened. I think, the positive approach needs to be aligned like this to make it a best effort. Comment : Everyone at Grace van lines were nothing short of "professional". David and his team arrived on time and help us to wrap our furniture and some other fragile items. They were very polite, friendly and nice to be around. They brought every single box up a flight of stairs and into our new apartment, I was truly amazed. There were a few things broken but that is because they were not wrapped sufficiently by ME for the trip. I will highly recommend Grace van lines to anyone who needs a professional, caring, courteous, and expert, moving company. Comment : I was able to email for a quote and got a response the next day that was the best price of all the places I checked. The day of the move, 2 guys showed up right on time, and were extremely friendly, despite having to haul my stuff up three flights of stairs with no elevator. I hope I don't move for a good long time, but if I do, I would definitely use Grace van lines again!
