Comment : I moved apartments in New York from Midtown East to Downtown. The worst thing about the experience was the blatant abuse of time. The drive from my old apartment to the new one was less than 1/2 hour during that time of day, but it took them almost nearly three hours to get there (obviously they stopped by to get lunch or take their sweet time to get more billable hours). I took the subway and waited for the guys to come and called them multiple times (thought they ran away with my stuff) but ignored my calls. In the end, they charged way more time than they should have and were not apologetic and demanded a tip. Good luck with this shady business, doubt it will be around long.

Comment : I live with my grandparents. Just few days ago we moved to a new location and I was looking to hire a good, reliable and affordable moving company for the move. So I checked the net and decided to call them based on their user reviews. After a very useful conversation with them I decided to hire them. Movers arrived on time and began their work without wasting a minute. They were spot on and they showed their supreme touch and skill while packing, moving and storing our belongings. They were really nice with my grandparents and very helpful as well. Actually I saved quite a lot just because of some useful tips and suggestions by the movers, which was really so nice of them. At the end I would say that our move was a very successful one and I am more than happy with their performance.

Comment : They are the worlds worst moving company ,they damaged all my furniture,lost 4 boxes,do not hire this company look elsewhere ,if they were shoemakers i would not give them even a old pair shoes to fix .They dont no how to move furniture and boxes,they just dont care ,The claims department is a joke.Do yourself a favor stay clear from them as there are good movers out there not these guys look at the reviews .Tony is the guy that says he is not a broke he is,once they start the move he wants very little to do with you at this point! These was the worst experience i ever had .stay away

Comment : I moved cross country and they lost a piece of furniture to my armoire and the breakage among dishes was substantial. They did not provide any compensation except 0.60 cents per pound. I would not recommend this group.

Comment : We were moving to Boston, and the scheduled time of the move they gave was between 8-9 am. The three who showed up, Paul (the foreman), Johnny and Mathew, were great. They started loading our stuff at 9am, took exactly two hours. They were very fast, the drive from NY to Boston was supposed to take them around 4.5 hrs, however these guys got to our Boston residence before we did in around 4 hrs. We arrived about 10min later (we took our time, thinking we will be getting there faster in any case!).

Comment : I submitted a quote request online and got a binding estimate of 2500. When they arrived they told me there was no way that they could move all of my stuff for 2500, they loaded up half my house, charged me 4300 (gave me a discount to make the total 3500) and left with my stuff. Meanwhile, I still had half my stuff in my house that they would not take without charging me at least 8000 - absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend them, nor use them again.
