Comment : Superior service was extended from the moment I connected with Jenny to inquire about availability and the cost I would incur for the support of a team to unload my household items. Jenny was extremely insightful, patient, courteous, professional and transparent. She assigned the most amazing team of 3 that showed up prepared and ready to unload my items. The team collaborated on their strategy once they assessed the job and handled it like absolute champs. They worked together seamlessly and provided superior support with unloading my household items and teamed with me to ensure everything was placing in the right location so that it would be easy for me to convert my new apartment into my new home. Once all items were unloaded, they did a walk through to ensure I was comfortable with everything, assembled my bed and situated my living room furniture so that I would not have to lift it. They remained engaged at 100% throughout the entire job and never stopped moving until they were finished. BRAVO WrightWay Moving Company!!! Thank you for your support and I look forward to teaming with you when I transition to my new house!!!!

Comment : We were plan to move at end of the year 2020, due to weather, we have to reschedule it to 1/2/2021. Wrightway moving company were able to arrange the time and help reschedule. On 1/2/2021, the 3 people team showed up on time, help with moving furniture and boxes very quick and professionally. We are able to finish moving faster than what we expected. During the process they are very care about the furniture and places, try to avoid any scratches.

Comment : I have moved several times and each time we had items lost (except for my other review in Washington). One reason we choose this company is that the sales contact was Gary Williams and he was great to work with very honest about the process and event was able to tell us that our items were going on a semi and then heading to our location, no unloading reloading at a warehouse. All items arrive with nothing broken and a great crew to with the truck driver.

Comment : So conscientious to take care of the furniture. I just want my sincerest gratitude to the moving crew that helped us move a king bedroom set this weekend. They were exceptional! The team was so conscientious to take care of the furniture so that is would not be dinged or scratched. They wrapped all the pieces. Additionally, they were very careful when whening the furniture into our house. We have wood floors and they were very careful about not scratching our floors as well. The crew was fast, efficient, very conscientious, and polite. They sure made moving look easy and light (even though we know it is not). I could have not asked for a better crew. If we have to move anything again, we definitely want this same crew! Please tell Pedro and his team how much we appreciated their help!

Comment : The crew that moved us was amazing!! They were very polite, quick, and efficient. If I ever move again this is who I will call! I recommend this moving company to everyone that needs a mover. I am unable to move furniture myself. I also have a budget to maintain. The moving crew moved all my furniture and I stayed in my budget. This was a great experience for moving and took much stress off me!
