Comment : This was the MOST SATISFACTORY move I have ever experienced! From when Gary Williams CAME OUT to give a bid (not over the phone) ; the packing by the staff, to the delivery by BOB BERGMAN! I was having to leave the house hold items in storage for about 2 months and needed them delivered in a specific time period and they arranged it perfectly. I also had many valuable art pieces and they arrived in perfect condition. The only small thing broken was something I packed! I cannot give enough kudos to this group. Thank you very much.

Comment : I wasn't surprised they did a good job. I had heard good things about World Wide Movers. At first I felt overwhelmed with the move, but what I liked best was that the process was pretty simple with WWM.

Comment : I would have been a prospective customer except after dealing with 3 employees who were rude and aggressive in my apartment complex.... think when it is time for my family and I to move I will be utilizing a different company. One star because the employees, however corporate was brilliant when I called to report.

Comment : This company sent 3 guys to pack up my household goods for a move to the lower 48. I would only give them 2 to 3 stars for their packing skills I caught one of them putting my pans into a box without any protective layering in between the pans which would have damaged the non stick surface but they were very careful about wrapping framed art and my mattress, etc. One of the guys was quite chatty and not good at talking while packing, which meant he spent more time talking than working, but his co workers made up for it with efficiency and speed.The reason I am giving this review 4 stars is for how quickly they worked to make a sad situation right: one of them accidentally knocked over a kitchen appliance and put a dent in it.Within a few minutes the owner and written a check to replace the full value of the appliance. Thats darn good customer service right there.
