Comment : Last month I was shopping for the best rates on large storage units. After calling numerous places, I found a special rate on a unit in Andover NJ. The facility is definitely out of the way, but I had no idea that it is so far out of the way that none of the well known stuff haulers that I normally use would go to the area. I called numerous other places and either they did not go to the area or they sounded a little sketchy. I then called Vernay Movers in Netcong. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable and really tried to fit me in to their schedule on fairly short notice. When I arrived at the unit on the scheduled day, the three guys they sent to do the job were there waiting to get started unloading two large 16 foot pods into the storage unit. I could not believe how well they packed the unit. They packed it so well in fact, that the second small unit I rented anticipating overfill was totally not necessary and there was even some room left at the front of the unit! What a relief it was to get my belongings out of those costly pods. I wanted to give a shout out to Hans, Pete and Matt, the team from Vernay that I had that morning. You guys were fast, funny, great to talk to and did a great job!

Comment : my girlfriend and I moved from Stanhope to blairs town. Found Vernays website and filled out an online form. Had a response in minutes and a quote minutes later Moving day Rich and his helper did not get his name showed up on time, Rich introduced himself, both guys were polite and helpful the job was done with care and efficiency. They took some things that were not on the list and took extra care of the things that needed it. When it came time for the bill it was adjusted down by almost half due to less movers than quoted and less time. They could have charged quote price but they did the right thing Thank you for making a stressful move less stressful

Comment : We used Vernay to move my SIL who had lived in her home for 50 years. It was a really emotional day, not to mention that we were not terribly familiar with using a professional mover. The first words out of one of the movers was, do not worry, we have got this. The three guys that came Joe, Ken and Gabe were great to work with. They were professional, helpful, and helped us to just relax and get going. No issues at all with our move. Glad it is over. moving is not fun

Comment : I had to use Vernay Moving company a week ago while I was relocating. I had a satisfactory experience. The crew was good and the driver was good in his job. I had a lot of stuff which were to be fitted in the truck. The crew managed to fit them all and dealt with me well. The price is good too. I had to go through a bad experience once before with another mover and since then I had been cautious of movers. I was worried when I chose these guys wondering what they’d be like. They were definitely better than those previous guys. Those movers that I had to use earlier stole some of my stuff on the way and they just refused to accept their guilt point blank! It was a terrible experience. I was relieved when all my possessions were delivered safe and sound this time.
