Comment : I had a positive experience with my move with this moving company and the communication was awesome throughout my entire move. I had the nicest guys come help me and make my move seamless by the name of Jonah and Max with Dependable moving company. It was a fantastic experience

Comment : They ruined about half of my antiques. That was the worse moving company I have ever experienced. Their office is in Washington DC, but they have contractors that do their work for them. The one that I used was in Dallas Texas. They gave me an estimate of $3,900 to bring my furniture from Ft. Worth to Mississippi. When we got here they said that I owed them $4,400.00. They said that “we won not unload your furniture unless you give us the extra money”. They tore up a lot of our furniture and I am in the process of getting an attorney to sue them. I had some very valuable antique furniture and they busted it all up and there is no way that it can be repaired. They keep saying that it is not their fault. They over charged me $4,400.00 and they never told me up front about this charge. They woke us up at night and started packing up our furniture. They were supposed to have been there at 8 o clock in the morning. I will never use them in the future.

Comment : Man, I wish I would of read the reviews before hiring these idiots. I have never encountered such unprofessional, uneducated, dishonest people. showed up on time. Everything was going well, and then they scratched my dryer door, which I do not really care about as long as it is not cracked, they had the nerve to accuse me of the damage was existing, I told them no, and we got into an argument over this. I told him I did not care if it was scratched as long as it was not cracked. Then one of the workers who did not speak english, said a curse word in spanish which I will not repeat here which caused me to lose it and confronted the 3 idiots and they denied ever saying it. On top of that, as they were putting my bed back together, they did not put all my bed together. I have no idea how this company is even in business. The lady on the phone, even had the nerves to tell me that they hire professionals and not people from Home Depot. I think my experience would have been better if I hired someone from Home Depot.
