Comment : They were awesome. We moved from a third story apartment in a building with no elevator to a 4th floor apartment. I was worried about how much time it would take them because if it went over 2 hours it would cost more but they were really fast and finished with time to spare. Our couch didn't fit in the elevator and in seconds they found a solution. Then it wouldn't fit through our door so they took off the door and got it in. Without them we would have had to buy a new couch! Also, we had a bed frame that needed to be taken apart, one mover was in charge of that and it took him like 10 minutes, crazy fast. The estimate was about the same as what we paid, a little extra for packing materials but it was all well worth it

Comment : Scheduling the move was very easy. The woman who assisted me gave me the rates and times for the move, and I was scheduled within 5 minutes. The actual move was smooth. The four men arrived at the exact scheduled time, and had the move for a one bedroom apartment done within 2 hours. I would definitely hire them for another move and recommend them to others.

Comment : They were very professional. Booking a date for the move was very easy, the customer rep that I spoke to was courteous. The movers came on time and didn't slack at all. They worked hard for the entire duration. The final bill for the move was very close to the initial estimate. I would definitely recommend these movers to my friends.

Comment : I used US Relocation for a move from SoCal to NorCal and even though I booked with them a week before my schedule move out date but they were able to successfully schedule me in and get some local movers to help out. Just FYI US Relocation is NOT the actual moving company but the company that schedules everything for you and gets a third party moving company to do the labor. All in all, smooth moving process and everyone was very helpful and responsive. You should call your moving coordinator for the payments rather than paying the movers directly.

Comment : I was moving my father from his home to Assisted Living. I had a very good experience with Them Before the move and on the day of the move, I called the office several times and each time I was treated with courtesy and my requests were taken care of. The moving team was very professional and cheerful. They were very patient with my father who changed his mind several times about furniture placement. They were efficient so that the move was finished in time for us to make other appointments scheduled for later in the day.

Comment : Every single member of the crew was careful, quick, kind, efficient and professional. It was like watching 4 ninjas swiftly wrap and whisk our stuff into the truck, then out. Not a single item was damaged. They were early and ended up charging considerably less than the estimate. Excellent experience all around! !!

Comment : Good people. Hard working. The people in the front office had a challenge getting the paper work correct....multiple corrections were required. However the actual movers worked things out. The movers were professional in their demeanor and in their work. Moved the contents of a 10x9x8 ft storage room. Everything was handled with care, wrapped and tagged appropriately. Nothing was broken or lost in the move. A little surprised that the movers arrived in a rented truck (the company rents trucks when needed). Also my possessions were transferred from the original truck to another truck some where in transit. However, nothing was lost or broken in this process. The price for the move was competitive and I think fair. Be aware that two factors are important in the pricing....weight of the possessions and volume required to move the possessions.

Comment : They are very professional and punctual to deal with. On the day of the move, they came and padded and wrapped my furniture so well that all those were in perfect condition without any scratches or dents. They knew what I wanted and helped me to set up all the things in the new house perfectly within a short time. I was really impressed to see that the crew gave their 100% for my satisfaction and the price was also affordable! Give them a try if you want to be relaxed while moving, they are just wonderful.

Comment : We had an unusual move in that we are gutting our downstairs, so everything that needed to go downstairs had to be placed in our garage. All of our bedroom furniture and belongings needed to go upstairs. The two employees were very patient in us directing them to the proper place for everything. They finished unloading approximately 4 hours later. They were very hardworking and never stopped!
