Comment : I called a week in advance to schedule our move and was confirmed for a pick up at 10 am on Saturday. I called the morning of at 8 am to confirm and was told not to worry that someone would be there. I hired a babysitter to watch my children for during the move and when it was 10:20 I started to call to confirm they would be picking up but no one ever answered the phone. It become obvious they were sending my calls to voicemail. I left a message asking them to let me know if they were canceling so that I could figure something else out. The NEVER called me back and NEVER showed up. This company was TERRIBLE, BEWARE
