Comment : The only reason I am giving this company any sort of star rating is because of the actual technicians that physically did the move. They where absolutely terrific and I hope this dreadful company realizes it and rewards them for it. I called them to request a quote for my move from Houston to Dallas. I spoke with a man by the name of Michael Polsky who at this point I truly believe he is mentally handicapped and is working at this company because of a state job placement program. He is an imbecile to say the least. He scheduled my move and told me it would be set for a move out date driven to Dallas from Houston and my items would be unpacked the following day. So this is two day move right? I thought this was odd because I have moved throughout the country and anything less the 275 miles is usually done same day. Anyway thank goodness the movers were early because not until halfway through I find out they are sending my stuff directly to Dallas that day. I spoke with the dispatcher like 5 times before they said if I do not meet the movers today they would charge me an overnight fee. Obviously I never spoke to the Troll(Michael Polsky) that I originally dealt with since the so called managers told me he was unavailable. My company was paying for the move so when they did not receive the check in time without prior authorization they processed my card for the cost of the move. No call. No e-mail. Just straight up fraud. Eventually after living off of ramen noodles and crackers for 4 days and jumping through hoops to track down the check my company sent them the money was refunded. Stay away from this company use someone else its not worth the aggravation.
