Comment : These guys are professional and friendly, worth every penny you pay them. The crew headed by John was top notch. They wrapped all of our items really well and made us feel comfortable. I've used their services many times in the past years and have always enjoyed the process. Moving in itself is already big enough of a headache, the last thing you need is additional stress from bad moving companies. I highly recommend Sunrise Van Lines to anyone that is moving long distance.

Comment : Yesterday I used Sunrise Van Lines for a moderate move, it was a local move. I hired them to move us to our new apartment. Their movers showed up on time with all necessary tools and packing materials. They seemed to know what they were up against. It was a very professional and organized performance by the movers. They paid extra attention to the fragile things but never running behind the schedule. They have managed the move with perfection. In the end I did not get any reason to unhappy. These guys simply made my day.

Comment : It was the first relocation of my life and I was very worried to say the least. But Sunrise van lines made this move look so easy. They were referred by my brother who moved last year. The man on the phone gave me a very reasonable quote. He sent over 4 movers who all arrived on time. I was very pleased to see at them work. They packed everything carefully and creatively. They didn’t run out of bubble wraps or boxes. They were very skilled at carrying heavy things too. I was thoroughly impressed by the strength and organization displayed by these men. My belongings turned up right on time and in great condition. I have a lot of respect for this company.

Comment : Sunrise van lines was very helpful in assisting us with our last move. We shopped around and he provided us with the best quote and got the job done. I highly recommend using them. They made sure the process was completed quickly but meticulously. All my belongings are delivered without losing any boxes. That itself is a mighty achievement. To make things even sweeter, they charged us very reasonably as well!

Comment : I recently went online to find a long distance moving company. Sunrise van lines was a little bit more relaxed than some of the others. The other companies wanted to jump right to the money in the deposit aspect where as always moving which were concerned with putting together an accurate inventory list to avoid any problems during pickup and the final delivery. Everybody was moving in the same direction. I’m not sure of the exact hours of the company but I was able to reach somebody very early in the morning and even after hours at night which I really liked. I need a company that was willing to work around my schedule and Sunrise van lines was the company I was looking for.

Comment : When it comes to moving companies, boxes always go missing or the delivery is always delayed. However, with Sunrise van lines, nothing like that happened during our last move. These guys are so professional. They gave me a very solid quote and promised to take good care of my belongings. They sent movers who were all very capable. They picked up heavy couches like they weighed nothing. The packing and loading part went smoothly. All my boxes and furniture turned up right on scheduled date and everything was intact. I strongly recommend these guys.

Comment : I called Sunrise van lines after hearing praises about them from my cousin who used their services. I wasn't disappointed, especially since this was my first independent moving to a place closer to my job. Nothing went missing so I was super relieved. The transition was over in a day (but then again, short distance). Their price was reasonable. The movers were also very polite and helpful. I would recommend this company for sure.

Comment : Just perfect and fast from beginning to end. Not only do they protect all your furniture they do the same for your house placing door frame protection on all doors as they move. The 1800 sq ft house was packed up and moved across country in under 2 days, which includes a 1200 mile drive

Comment : We didn't end up using these guys for the move but the guy who came out to give us the estimate was on time, professional and had no fuss but he was the only guy who came out to actually check the apartment out prior to the move since he said he would prefer to give an estimate close to the actual cost. And the guys were spot on! No complaints! Move went extremely well with Sunrise van lines.

Comment : Sunrise van lines made sure that our move went as easily as it possibly could. The crew arrived right on time. They packed everything carefully and loaded them cautiously onto the van. The movers were superbly skilled and very friendly. The delivery window was big but they delivered early. Nothing was broken, damaged or lost. This company is nothing like the other moving companies and I can definitely respect that.

Comment : The movers from Sunrise van lines were very reliable. They were punctual, efficient and very friendly. The movers amazed me with their skills and strength. Their packing abilities were out of this world. They delivered everything exactly in a week as they promised me. I was constantly looking for flaws but unfortunately I couldn’t find any. Even their final bill was less than the original estimate. It turned out to be the easiest possible move.

Comment : I wasn’t going to let the moving companies play with my valuables. That’s why I entrusted Sunrise van lines as they were highly referred by one of my closest friends. I do not have a lot of belongings but the pieces I have are very special to me. I asked the movers to be very careful with them. I have to say, they were very sincere. They were extra careful while maneuvering my furniture through my tiny house not to leave marks anywhere. Everything arrived in good condition and I couldn’t be happier.

Comment : Summary Poor business acumen Applying fraud tricks Zero customer service Impossible to plan with Unresponsive Ron (one of the owners) doesn’t understand why customers want to know where their goods are. Oftentimes I was pushed to an answering machine for a person that isn’t working at the company. Chris the sales person even blocked my phone number. We had to call from a different number, acting as a new customer in order to reach someone. I gave two weeks to deliver the goods. It took them three weeks total. Only two days before I got the information when the goods are delivered, but from the driver himself No one at the company contacted me or followed-up. Sunrise doesn’t seem to care Never have we received any e-mail response to anyone in the company after the goods have been picked-up till we threatened with legal action Overcharging BE CAREFUL ABOUT THEIR LABELING TRICKS. Jack (Ron’s partner) skipped labels in his own system. I only noticed it when unpacking that his numbers weren’t in sequence. They overcharged me for several boxes that didn’t exist. I sent a picture of a very long item to Chris, the sales person to have it included in the initial offer. They day of the move they charged another 200 USD arguing they need to buy additional space in the truck, although it can lay on top of all items. The truck driver delivering the goods told me he never saw a single cent. If a company needs a fraud their customers to make profit, they should not be in business Overselling We were sold on perfect visibility knowing where the goods are at all times. We never got a response where they stored our goods. Chris promised to provide us with the driver’s cell no. when the goods get picked up. We had to threaten Sunrise with legal action just to receive the number over the phone and again being yelled at by Ron. Read the other reviews carefully! They don’t seem to be real!
