Comment : They damaged an expensive piece of furniture and promised to come back and fix it, but I was the one who had to call them a week later to make an appointment for the repair. The appointment was set up, and I was told by the owner how honest the company is and how they pride themselves on integrity and he even told me to notice that they had not cashed my check yet. Sadly however, he was a no show for the scheduled appointment and I was the one who had to call again. I was told there was a conflict and we rescheduled only to have a repeat no show. My check has been cashed and my calls are being unanswered. As I settle into my new home I notice other new scratches and dents on furniture and even a hole in one of my upholstery pieces. I wish I had watched them place things on the truck that day as I am sure now things were not properly wrapped. This is not a professional company
