Comment : Using Smith Dray Line Movers is and was a nightmare unlike any other! Smith Dray Lines damaged, stole, replaced high value items for lesser value items and sold our originals all over the Internet. They also forged my signature plus many many other horrible things. They have committed fraud and are scammers. Please save yourself the heartbreak and stress and move your self. This company can not be trusted as they advertise.

Comment : I never expected that my moving would be so smooth and hassle free. Smith Dray helped me well. I had to move from Columbia on a short notice and I was worried about the moving. One of my neighbors told me that she had a good experience with these guys, so I decided to go for them too. She was right, these guys were very efficient and honest. I really had no trouble while moving and these guys managed it very professionally. I didn’t have much trouble with their price too. The crew was very thoughtful and patient with me. Those guys were very humorous too. They managed to remain professional. I’m pretty sure that these were guys with experience. I would love to choose these guys again if I am ever in need of movers. Great job guys! Continue the good work!

Comment : The folks in the Greenville office were a pleasure to deal with, and I saved a lot of money being able to get free boxes from their warehouse. All appointments were kept on time, including moving day. Everyone, including the movers and craters, was polite at all times and did what we asked them to do. Most of the move went well, but 6 pieces of furniture were damaged. Nearly all were repaired (and repaired beautifully!), but one was not (an antique chair), and it should have been. The man in charge did not mark it on the forms, though he said he did. When it came time to unpack at our destination, only 2 men were on the truck, so it took them forever and they were understandably exhausted, especially since the weather during the drive was horrendous. If they had more men with them, they would not have just shoved the last few pieces in the garage, which is where some of the damage occurred. I would use them again, but I would be more careful to see that damages were recorded and that they were going to have enough movers at the destination.

Comment : Our move went very smoothly with Smith Dray Lines Charleston office. Kellie Young gets the biggest kudos since she staying in communication throughout our move from Charleston, SC to the Denver area. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and pleasant. There was some damage incurred to the house due to an oversized piece of furniture we moved out but, the claim was taken care of very quickly. I highly recommend Smith Dray Line for al things moving related.
