Comment : I am updating my first review. All the missing items have been located in various boxes. The bed frame parts were not with the bed frame but were packed in a box unrelated to the frame. The pictures were wrapped and placed in a box. I apologize for the initial review. It was a stressful move and not having everything readily visible upon arrival was frustrating. The folks at Royal Hawaiian were very attentive to my concerns
