Comment : Fraudulent business practices. They disappear once you give them a deposit. They never showed up to pick up my belongings and I was forced to use another moving company. They will not respond or return messages. They lie stating I canceled so they can keep my deposit. Why would I cancel when I needed to move and gave them a deposit? Do not use them! They have multiple complaints against them with the BBB!!!

Comment : I can not say enough good things about Roadrunner! A friend recommended them and I am so so happy with how everything worked out. They quoted me at hundreds of dollars less then other movers (ie Gentle Giant), the guys who set you up on the phone are so friendly, and the movers themselves are fast, courteous, and responsible. Everyone should use them next time they move--you will be very glad you did.

Comment : They r the worst moving company I have ever experienced. One day before moving day they called and jacked the price way up. Everything they told me was untrue. I would not use them. Warning to movers.
