Comment : I would NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. My actual costs were DOUBLE that of my estimate. I had many smashed boxes arrive at the delivery location as well as broken dishes and damaged furniture. The sales person did not try to get an accurate account of my belongings before the move, hence the doubled costs, and was very unhelpful and almost idiotic when I tried to explain WHY I was upset. She kept telling me it could have been x, y, and z fees, which I had already told her was not the problem, it was her estimating abilities. Its a professional moving company, they should know how to give an accurate assessment of cost. Not to mention, she offered to match the lowest bid that I got from other moving companies. Obviously you can match the lowest bid if you are going to LIE about how much it is going to actually cost me. Thank you for reading, I hope this helps you in your search and good luck with your move
