Comment : This is one of the most mismanaged companies I have ever dealt with. Dictated delivery time so that I had to miss work (apparently cannot deliver after 3 p.m.) and when I called at 2:10 p.m. on the scheduled day, the dispatcher was extremely rude to me. They originally dictated between 12 and 3, told me they had call the night before to give me a "shorter time frame" and then called me the night before and said 10:30-3. Does that sound like a shorter time frame to you? Yes, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. If I ever had to arrange moving again, it would NEVER be with this company. The two dispatchers I spoke with were unprofessional, rude and arrogant.

Comment : I had a military move stored and delivered by Quality. The delivery was fine-it was separated on to separate trucks, but the unloading team managed it well and for the size of our house unloaded very quickly. Due to the time they completed unloading, after showing up mid morning, I requested that they put together the furniture and see if they could get a supervisor to agree to pick up the boxes later (I was allowed a full unpack and box removal). The supervisor agreed and they left around 7 pm. Thats where the service went downhill. My husband and I called multiple times starting a few days after the unload to get a box pick up. The boxes sat for WEEKS in my garage and living room (they would only pick up the boxes if they were dry). Every call was that they would be there by Tuesday or that we were on the schedule that weekend. The boxes were never picked up. Now, six weeks later I have paid to get rid of the boxes I could not give away. I called them yesterday (11 July) to let them know I was leaving this review, and suddenly "we could have come to pick them up today." While the offer is nice, I wanted that well over a month ago. I would use Quality again, but I would not allow them to leave without a job being 100% complete, unfortunately.

Comment : These guys were great. They had equipment issues first thing in the morning. Did not miss a beat and brought 2 smaller trucks. These guys busted their asses.

Comment : Beware - movers carelessly attempted to move my piano, lost control on the ramp causing it to fall onto its side, damaging the corner and completely snapping the medal pedal. Movers did not wrap the piano when moving, just placed it on a dolly and attempted to move it down 4 stairs on a ramp. Careless. Company has been non responsive to the insurance claim...legal action to follow. $1,600 in damages.
