Comment : A Plus Quality Movers lives up to their name and then some! From the start, Robert in the main office was knowledgable and made himself available to answer my follow-up questions. What a relief in coordinating a cross country move! The crew arrived on time and moved my one bedroom in 45mins! I was going to help, but why get in the way of professionals? They even stayed to make sure my furniture was exactly where I wanted it! I would not move in the Dallas area without these guys!

Comment : I wish I had read the reviews before I hired them. I agree with other reviewers. Their sales practices are very deceptive. Only work with a mover that charges flat rate per hour. This company will charge you extra per every single item. Even a plant. I do not trust their quotes...you will end up paying much more. And then regret not working with a moving company that would have charged a lower flat rate fee.

Comment : I had recently had a very bad experience with some cross-country movers, and I was wary about doing it all over again for my mom who is coming up to live with us. I learned some lessons and we got multiple quotes, and ultimately, we chose Dallas Movers, and now that my moms stuff has arrived (nothing obviously missing or damaged), I can say I am very happy about our choice. My mom had a great experience on her end in the Dallas area. Nora was great with my mom, reassuring her along the way and accomodating our requests and updates to the estimate. Later, five people spent five hours at her house packing and inventorying every item. They wrapped her furniture meticulously. My mom said they were also very friendly (she speaks Spanish, and they were largely Spanish-speaking, so admittedly, that helped). After her stuff had been picked up, my husband and I realized we needed some more time before it arrived at our house, and Nora was able to accomodate our request to delay delivery by 1-2 weeks.
