Comment : Felix and his team are the best movers I have used, and I have 3 professional movers to compare on packing, moving, and unpacking from 1 cross-country move and 2 cross-town moves. Perezs Moving is careful, fast, and well priced for the service received. I would not think twice about paying more if it meant I got to use Felix again. We had a bunch of kitchen/dining ware, 2 home office set ups, art, and other equipment that was packed expertly and efficiently. Nothing was broken, chipped, or damaged. I do not know how they did it, but this move had the least amount of waste/boxes/paper. The overall cost for our in-town move of a 2BR, 1BA, 2 large bonus rooms, storage, pantry, and garage was $3k, including materials, not including tip. Felix, Juan, and Francisco packed the entire house in 5 hours on Day 1 and moved us in 9 hours on Day 2. They reassembled all our furniture, took away plastic wrap, and everything was clearly labeled and staged in the corresponding room, making unpacking a breeze. Each day, the crew took a 30-min break for lunch that we provided (burritos one day, sandwiches the next + drinks), and when the truck was open with our things, someone was always keeping an eye out. Felix came recommended to me by a friend who has pretty high standards when it comes to her stuff, and it may sound crazy, but I looked forward to writing this review because Perezs Moving was that good.
