Comment : Thank you for taking perfect care of my things! Everything was packed tight and wrapped safely before being moved in the beautiful clean truck! When my stuff arrived at my new place it was all perfectly placed, unwrapped, and in pristine condition the way I left it with Otto. Definitely recommend for good prices, kind/positive employees, and especially for the care that went into protecting my precious furniture.

Comment : Ottos moving and Storage did a FANTASTIC job handling my move. They were very quick- they did not hesitate for a second they knew exactly what to do. they wrapped my sofa up so it would be completely protected. They were extremely careful with my delicate furniture and put blankets around everything. They tied up the cords to the lamps. They were extremely efficient, very neat, and very skilled. All of their equipment looked very clean. The gentlemen were also very friendly and professional. They did everything from wrapping the furniture neatly to protect it (plastic/ blankets) and they were also very quick unloading. They also went the extra mile to unscrew the legs of my sofa, and then screw them back on when we arrived, so the legs would not get scratched. I was amazed out how efficient they were. I moved a LOT of delicate furniture including glass, mirrors, art, and they were very gentle with everything- there was not a single chip in anything. Also, they have the best rate too. I would definitely use this company again next time I move!

Comment : "This tour was absolutely awesome. We actually did the tour a couple of years back, but I had a friend going to Boston and this was the first thing I told her about. Mark arrived at our door in full ganster attire. He told us that if we put a foot out of line we'd be riding in the trunk and constantly made wise guy cracks - he was hilarious and knowledgable making this a truly fabulous tour - highly recommended."
