Comment : Movers were 5 hours late arriving at 7:30 pm. I had to call several times that day to see what the situation was. I was promised a discount for the problems, but they did not follow through with that. Movers complained the entire time about how late it was and how heavy things were, etc. Their truck broke down within the first mile of leaving the apartment. They were unable to move the previous homeowners belongings that evening, which was part of our contract. So, we had our belongings and the previous homeowners in the house at the same time. The movers were not able to move everything for 2 days. It was the worst experience I have ever had in any service industry. The owner was completely removed from the situation and would not return phone calls at all. Her staff continued to defer to her. After my 5th phone call, the owners husband verbally threatened me on the phone if I did not stop calling. They are horrible and lack the ability to run a decent company.

Comment : Absolutely love and highly recommend One Good Woman! I am in love with their tea selection, and the staff is very helpful in making selections and answering questions about the flavors and types of teas. They always have a nice selection of gifts and food treats, and it seems to me that they try to support other craftspeople. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I will keep coming back, and I bring a new friend along every once in a while to share in the treat!
