Comment : OSI handled our move from NY to London. We hired OSI based on referrals and we are very please with their service. We had OSI pack all of our household goods and offer a full door to door service. The shipment arrived about a week late due to customs inspections, but we recd our goods with zero damages. All in all we are very please with OSI and would use them again.

Comment : They have lied, made many errors and completely backed away from their story when things went wrong. We entered into contract with them 7 months ago when we were moving from CA to Ireland. On our way, our truck gets stolen and we lose 100% of our personal items. For days they do not even let us know this. On top changes their story on much insurance we have. Initially they show sympathy and tell us they will help us but then completely changes their story. NEVER EVER go with them. The worse customer service I have ever dealt with.

Comment : Arranged the move and agreed the estimate door to door and then so many changes lack of knowledge by the company as to which days the docks were open increased costs without justificatioin, the loss of items that were taken from the house noted on the inventory but never made it from the outside of the house to the container and never arrived in France. Excess fees due to their payment system and late receipt of the extra payments all in all the worst move I have had and I have had over 20 A
