Comment : Move West was wonderful. I have used many different companies all over and this is definitely one of the best. The movers were courteous and careful and clearly knew what they were doing. A great mom and pop company that cares about their customers; I will definitely use them again in the future.

Comment : Huge shoutout to Artim and John, they were great, careful, and fast! This is the second time I have used Best West Moving. They are affordable, wrap everything up very carefully and bring extra boxes (even with hanging racks for clothes). This time, for my one bedroom (complete living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom sets) they got everything loaded and unloaded in 3 hours. I 100% recommend using them if you are in the LA area, and I will continue using them in the future.

Comment : Corrupt. Roger would not submit claim for floor damaged by his movers. He said, "I just don't think it's worth my time." Please shop around this company is either uninsured or just plain corrupt. We have video showing his mover admitting the gouges in our floor were caused by his dolley and yet he will not deal with is in anyway. He should not have such a high rating. Feel free to write me for all the details and yes we have engaged a lawyer since he won't file an insurance claim for repair of my floor.

Comment : This mover has the best crew ever! They are so polite and friendly with you. They are just ready to go out of the way to help you with everything. They are willing to carry your boxes and place them wherever you tell them to. They had carry a particularly heave piece of furniture 2 floors up the stairs as it wouldn’t fit through the elevator. But they were ever so polite in doing it and never complained once. I have to give credit to the crew for this! The prices were great too. Loved the whole thing! Great job Move West!
