Comment : If I could, I want to give 4.5 stars. The only thing I am not happy with is that they almost miss my deadline. I called everyday to check if my pick up schedule is available or not until one day before my deadline. I requested to talk to manager. They sent me a confirmation email that manager will call me within 24hours. The next day morning, I got email, text messages and a call confirmed the pick up schedule from a manager named Logan, very nice guy. The transportation of my car is very smooth, the driver from GM Transportation is very good and professional. My car safely delivered as scheduled. I changed my mind, give 5 stars as I really like the driver - Eleazar McMorrine.

Comment : Worst company/ customer service I have dealt with period. 2 weeks of constant delays due to random issues with four, I repeat four different drivers in which they would not answer why they cancelled until canceling there service and ended up doing the 38 hour round trip with a uhaul my self from Johnstown, PA to Sarasota, FL in 3 days. This company is bull, I canceled and they found a fifth driver 6 hours into my drive and charged me a $200 fee. Wheres my $800 for your four times of Montway canceling? This guy was probably going to cancel too and I was on a deadline. Customer service promises you the world when you first talk to them but they will fail you immediately after. Call the tow companies your self and save your money. Keep the 200 this wont be the first place until refund. DO NOT USE MONTWAY AUTO.

Comment : Would absolutely use them again!! Prompt response, quick pickup, courteous driver/haul transport just a very positive experience! Did try working with another transport and it was not easy, and switched to them and glad I did.

Comment : Had them transport my custom truck had minor damage during ship i chose the option of having Montway deal with the transporter that they supplied for me got the run around and got no where. Montway is a broker i get it they set me up with ALL MOVERS US when i called Montway and told them i cant find any information about this transporter they said do not worry they are one of our best transporters. The true measure of a company is when there is a problem i have no respect for this company and will never use them again. Montway do not bother sending me one of your robotic responses back about whats written in your contract and about how you want to help its all lip service.
