Comment : I recently moved and a friend of mine who worked in the same building as me suggested I try this company her boyfriend worked at ,so I did and what a mistake that was . I was quoted one price and charged $2000 more then the estimate we agreed on in an email. The reason being they under estimated my move. Well that shows you they were just out to rip me off and clearly should learn from there mistakes and not take advantage of the customer . I would definitely not recommend Mastodon as a moving company going forward.

Comment : Beware of this company. Very dishonest. Broken and damaged items without exert any accountability. Outrageous cost, calling us ungrateful and disrespecting my husband’s physical handicap. Eating food in our brand. Eating food on the master bedroom floor, refusing to unpack pictures that they were paid to pack originally. Lost and or never returned missing components of many items. Left a mess of everything without any organization within boxes they had packed. Used my sheets and towels as wrapping around many of our possessions. I have nothing to gain by posting this review. I am just hoping that others will never have to be taken advantage of by such shysters.
