Comment : Scheduled two weeks in advance to move parents from assisted living to memory care. Scheduled our day around them coming and doing their job between 9 am and noon. Called the day before to confirm address, time, etc. Did not show up as scheduled. We called at 10 and said they would be there. When I arrived in the afternoon thinking the vast majority would be done, they still had not shown up and my wife and sister had moved some items. We spent the afternoon moving dresser, mattress, box springs, two large chairs and desk ourselves. Repeated calls that afternoon not answered. They called after 5 and we were told by the manager this was the first he had heard about it. Totally unprofessional customer service and could not recommend them for any service.
