Comment : We used liberty to move from one town to another 20minutes further. We loved that they offered free storage boxes to pick up and had a seasoned professional salesperson walk us through the whole process. The moving crew themselves were quick but careful and followed our every direction.

Comment : Horrible Horrible Experience!!!!!! RUN AND HIDE from these people. We were quoted for a move for a 3 level townhouse, minimal furniture with packing materials involved, start at 9am end at 4pm with a quote of 1000. They werent done unloading to our new house, that was only 15minutes away, till 1am with a total cost of 2200! They also damaged the townhouse we moved out of and said they were not liable for any damage done to the old house or new house. Then when we finished unpacking 2 days later, items were missing and I wouldnt get ahold of anyone at the company, not our main contact Andrew or customer service. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

Comment : Terrible experience. We made an appointment for one of their moving consultants to come to our home and give us an estimate. The consultant was rude and did not follow proper covid protocols. He did not pay attention to the things we mentioned and proceeded to tell us that we were difficult to work with, started yelling at my wife and myself and left in the middle of the estimate. There are many other companies with friendly and professional personnel.
