Comment : The movers who came to my house were nice but charge me an extra $800 to move my property across country. This is after already signing a contract with an exact amount of money charged. The extra money was for chairs that left wrapped up and moving blankets and showed up with no moving blankets all scratched up. My properties sat in a warehouse for three weeks until a driver brought it over to my new house in one day I am driving. Whoever packed the truck did not care at all. All the boxes were packed in disarray, upside down and smashed. No rhyme or reason on how it was packed. I do not suggest anybody use this company to move any of their property anywhere.

Comment : DO NOT USE this company They are often one of the sub-contractors that other moving companies use. I used Star Relocation Services who assured me they would NOT be using this company and sure enough, they did and I had damage throughout my items. I asked Star Relocation this because LD was one of the companies I was originally looking to use directly and then I found out they have an F with the Better Business Bureau and many complaints filed against them. After hiring Star Relocation and having many of my things damaged in the move, I filed a claim including extensive pictures, etc. of the damage with their insurance company and never heard back from them. This was 3 months ago. If you are using any moving company make sure they DO NOT USE this company. They are careless with items, I lost about 700 worth of items that were damaged, including two 27 computer monitors, a chair, wine glasses broken, a dresser damaged and my piano stand was damaged as well. AVOID LIKE COVID.
