Comment : DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT DEAL WITH TONY. We used this company a week ago to move our 2 bedroom apartment and do not recommend ever using them for anything. We spoke to Tony who quoted us 3 people and a truck for 3 hours at $580. The day of the move only 2 people showed up with a trailer attached to an F-150. We were told the third person could not come today but was not given a reason. The movers were not aware that they were moving our washer and dryer because Tony never told them we had several large items to move. Their trailer was not big enough to fit all of our items and because only two people were working it took almost twice the amount of time we were quoted. When it was time to pay the bill we were then told it was $720 for a move that was not even complete and did not deliver on anything that was discussed. Tony was unable to understand that it was not professional to tell customers you were sending 3 people and a truck and then to not send those things. He actually said we were being unreasonable by not wanting to pay $720 for a job that was not even finished. We have had to finish our move on our own. When we asked Tony to do the right thing and refund us part of the $650 we paid, not a full refund but partial to $150, he refused, said we were being unfair and has yet to call us back after consulting his attorney about how to handle the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT DEAL WITH TONY.

Comment : Seedy operation. Tony may have some response, but whatever. He gave me a price to move five pieces of office furniture from my upstairs office to downstairs. I explicitily told him there was a desk, two credenzas and two booksheleves - all particle board and very light. I sent him a photo. When I looked at the photo I thought he might feel guilty for what he was charging because it is such an easy small job. Instead, leaving me no time to make other arrangements, he doubled his price the day before the move. Very disappointing to say the least. I am in my 60s, and this is the second time I have ever felt compelled to post a complaint about a company. This company does not stand by their word and has proven to me they will leave you hanging and without options at the last minute. I felt the need to warn others.
