Comment : Very well. The serviceman was very polite and found the problem right away. We must have hit the auto fan on button by mistake. That was the reason why the fan ran continuously. He was very knowledgeable and checked out our system.

Comment : Completed removal of old heat pump and installation of new system in approximately 6 hours. Very pleased with install and the new system operation. Sabrina (sales engineer) did an excellent job reviewing my system requirements, providing a proposal, and coordinating installation. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The install crew was also very courteous and professional.
