Infinity Moving is a locally owned and operated Austin area moving company that started in 2005. Our movers are highly experienced with more than thirty combined years as moving professionals! Infinity Moving is owner operated, Rachel runs the office and phones while Ben is out working on moves or helping in the office. The advantage of the couples hands on approach allows them to devote personal attention to each and every customer. That is why most of Infinity Movings business comes from repeat customers and referrals who want their friends and family to experience moving the way it should be, with their satisfaction in mind. After five years of working for several Austin movers, Ben Ragland was tired of doing the heavy lifting for companies who didnt share his vision of customer service. So in 2005, he and high school sweetheart (now wife!) Rachel put their heads together, bought a 24-foot cargo trailer and thought up a name for their new company: Infinity Moving. Infinity Moving is dedicated to earning their customers trust to be their preferred mover in the Austin area and beyond. They look forward to being there for you on your next move!

Comment : I have used this company twice within the past two years, and have only good things to say about both experiences. Allen and Christian were efficient, friendly and up for the task. They conquered the challenge of getting not one, but two heavy a pieces of a sectional couch up a narrow set of stairs and over a barrier wall, and it was done swiftly and gracefully. They were considerate of my belongings, packing them securely and with care onto the back of the moving truck. So long as I am moving in the state of Texas, I will not use another moving company. You have a customer for life. Thanks for all of your help.

Comment : My husband and I wanted to support black owned business to help us move. They were 45min late and all 3 men had the smell of weed on them. My entire house smelled like weed smh. They were lazy and slow. Moved like they had all time in the world. My husband literally had to help them move. He did majority of the work for them. They were tired and unmotivated. We did better hiring some young guys to help us move. We spent almost $500 on unskilled unprofessional movers.

Comment : This is the best moving service I have used ever They were one time, friendly, enthusiastic, and quick. I moved from a downstairs apt to an upstairs unit and they did it all without any complaints. They were especially helpful with suggesting where to put furniture and even offered to mount my TV if I would like for a fee. They are a nice family small business and did not damage any furniture etc. I will definitely be using them again for future moves. I could not have ask for a better set of people. Thank you all

Comment : The entire process of working with Infinity Moving was efficient, professional, and a great value. From the moment I called the office, Rachel was accommodating and scheduled us for a last minute move. The movers showed up on time on moving day and were friendly and aware of any fragile or important items. I fully expected the move to take 3-4 hours including 45 minutes of travel. The team had us packed, traveled, and unloaded in less than 3 hours. This place will be my first call if I ever move again!

Comment : I recently used Infinity movers for an across-town apartment move and would highly recommend them. Booking was super easy and efficient and their rates were very competitive/affordable. On the day of the move, I received a text 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm and then Gerard and Xavier worked extremely efficiently and effectively. They were great about navigating my high rise and were quick to get things loaded and unloaded. They were both friendly and professional. None of my furniture or belongings were damaged or dinged and they took extra care of my large smart tv. Again, I would highly recommend them for your next move!
