Comment : The driver was nice enough, but clearly the other shipment on the truck was underestimated. My weight was 2000 lbs less than the estimate, and they still left a room full of stuff and did not even offer an overflow. My husband was alone and overwhelmed so he gave the stuff away to neighbors. I complained to Fritz a couple times, and never heard back from him, which is disappointing since I have worked in the moving industry for 20 years, for Mayflower and UniGroup. I will now complain to my HR dept.
