Comment : I used them to move me and had pretty much near satisfactory results from the service they provided. I recommended them to a friend and she had made a claim for a tear in her carpet and stains in several places on her carpet (they put no protection down on the floor) and an expensive newer occasional chair that both arms were very loose after the move. Their customer service was extremely poor. Very poor follow through. After nearly a dozen phone calls and 3 months later she could still not get the issues resolved. We resorted to hiring the work done ourselves and vowed to never use this company again.
