Comment : RUN!!! Do not even think twice. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I had services scheduled from 9am-10am on June 4 2022. The movers arrived at 8:30 and started clocking. They moved quickly and were kind, they told me they were finished but there still was stuff left. I asked them to take the rest of my stuff but I was told the truck was full. When we got to the storage unit the opened the back and the truck was only half full. They quickly threw my stuff into the storage unit and then asked for my card. I was like can I get the total first they proceeded to tell me it was $1004. I said how you have only worked from 8:30am to 10:15am?? He said there is a minimum of 4 hours. I said well I was not told about this. Then proceeded to ask them to return to my apartment to get the rest of my stuff and they told me no. They also charged me $90 for gas but could not explain the math or mileage. Charged me $80 for shrink wrap and became very rude when I questioned it all. I have tried contacting JR the manager via phone and email but no response. A worker even showed up in Nike slides, not professional at all. If I could give them a negative 50 million star I would. DO NOT USE HERE TO THERE MOVERS!! Scammers!! Rude!! Still your money!!
