Comment : Having Good Brothers Moving & Storage move the contents of my three-bedroom house to a new location was the worse experience I ever had, mostly due to the rude and unprofessional owner (Chris) and the continuous cigarette breaks from the movers. The move took from 8 am - 1am the next morning (16 hours) because Brothers Relocation truck broke down on the way to the new residence and they had to transfer the contents to a different, much smaller truck, which took several trips instead of one. The owner said he cannot control breakdowns - yes, you absolutely can and should - by putting money into maintaining and inspecting your trucks. The movers did not put some of my furniture back together at all, or incorrectly, even though they were the ones that dismantled the pieces. The owner did not give me a 6 hour credit - he just did not charge me for the 6 hours he was not working on my move! He charged me $1800 which was double what his quote was.
