Comment : Last month I had a good and easy moving experience with Global moving systems. Before I finally hired them I shopped around and since I got the best rate from these guys, I hired them. The 4 movers came on time, packed everything well and moved my 2 bedrooms within the expected time frame. They took very good care of my furniture while delivering, nothing was broken or damaged. My final price was exactly the same as the estimated price, which makes them even more trustful. Would definitely suggest them around and hire them for my next move.

Comment : They did an excellent job. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. This was a move from VA to MD. Julia was the sales representative and was very detailed and accurate in describing the services that would be provided. They wrapped everything carefully, loaded it gently, and placed it in the storage units exactly how we would like it. Delivery was made on time and the final price stayed within the estimated amount. Comment : Our move was just around the winter holidays and we were helping our elderly parents move from. The distance was not so bad but because it was holidays all the other companies were already booked. Finally my business partner recommended Global moving systems that he had used last summer. We called them right away. We explained all the particulars of our situation as well as our timeliness. They gave us a very reasonable quote while other companies wanted close to double of the price. Comment : Just about a week ago I moved to DC from MD and used Global Moving Systems for the move. I assigned them for the complete package because of their reputation and the price they offered. Everything went as planned. There was nothing which might have caused an issue. Comment : I relocate a lot but I never enjoyed my move like last time. It was completely a stress free move. They managed everything in a professional manner. The foreman was very friendly with me during the entire move. Global Moving Systems didn’t take any kind of risk about the safety issues. My all delicates reached in a great condition. They used bubble wrap, shrink wrap for wrapping and double checked everything before starting for the destination. Every member of their team was well dressed and neat and clean. Comment : I had amazing crews for my relocation. My wife and I hired Global Moving Systems to move us from VA to MD. The moving guys were efficient and professional. If there was any painless part of the move, that was working with Global Moving Systems. Since they came up, they got right to the job. The crews were working straight through lunch. On my request they grabbed the lunch and could be able to finish working on time. After seven days they came to deliver our belongings. Three guys unloaded the truck in around one hour on a busy street without any hassle. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in future.

Comment : GMS is definitely a diamond in the rough. I had just moved into my apartment two years prior and could not believe how much prices had gone up with inflation. Every company I called they were not willing to hear how little stuff I had, that there was an elevator and I was only moving to the floor above or that I only had a one bedroom without much furniture. The owner Evgeny was professional and actually listened to my predicament with me only having a week notice prev movers disappeared and was unable to contact G and C Moving.

Every part of this move, after making the arrangements was HORRIBLE!!! My move was a long distance move to the state of Washington. When my things arrived, they were DAMAGED HUGHLY. The movers put my hutch (both pieces) in the street. Unbeknownst to me, they picked up a rock from the street. When they put the two pieces together in the house. the rock was still attached and they made a GOUGE (not scratch) from front to back of my hutch. They tried to cover it by putting the top on the bottom incorrectly. When I straightened it out, I saw more gouges and some pretty deep scratches. There were about ten places where the finish had been knocked off. This was the tip of the iceberg. My dining table has scratches and gouges all over it. There were white markings on it. The table and hutch (just like all of my furniture) was in pristine shape. I am compulsive about taking care of my things. I had two other pieces in my dining room that also had multiple places where the finish was taken off. The estimates were $4280 to repair the dining room furniture. The living room furniture is all antique. There were 5 places where a piece of wood was knocked off of the couch. The fabric was also separated from the frame in 4 places. I have a piano that was made in 1891. There were only two of these pianos made- EVER. It is very ornate. I have had it for 40 years. It was in pristine shape. It now has pieces of wood knocked off of it. It is no longer worth anywhere close to the $20,500 that it was estimated. My king size headboard looked as though the bed frame was ripped off of it. There is now a 3 inch in diameter whole where the bed frame had been screwed into the headboard. My bedroom set is a mess! It is solid cherry wood. It has deep dents and pieces of finish knocked off in 14 places between the bed, 2 dressers and the night stand. There are multiple gouges (into the wood) and deep scratches. as well. My bedroom furniture alone will take $5200 to repair. This was a first, AS I HAD NEVER SEEN MOVERS THROW MY PERSIAN RUGS IN THE STREET!! They were so careless, that they were dropping things all over the place. I found pieces from my foreign money collection and my match collection in the street, the driveway, and the garage. They really did not seem to care. They knocked the leg off of my grandmother's 100 year old desk. They did not look for it when asked to! I have moved all over the world, and have moved probably 25 times in my life, and I HAVE NEVER HAD A MOVE THAT COMES ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS!! HE RUINED ALMOST EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE I OWN!! Now we come to the things that they lost. The most important thing that they lost was my wedding ring and 2 1/2 carat diamond engagement ring. My husband is deceased, so he cannot replace my rings and that makes them very special to me! I had had 4 jewelry boxes and I kept one with me. I lost the other four. He lost large professionally framed pictures that I had bought in my travels. He lost pictures from: Saudi Arabia, Russia, France, Egypt, and Austria! They also lost my dining room chandelier. I paid $800 for it more than 20 years ago. It was gorgeous! Eugene response was simply that there was nothing in the storage room. NO, I'M SORRY!! I got the impression that he really did not care at all! After all of this loss, he offered me $2190 and complained that this was too much!! USE GLOBAL MOVING SYSTEMS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Comment : Moving is a difficult thing to do I always believed but Global Moving Systems recently proved me wrong and I would encourage others to look at their offers. I had to move to Washington, DC Baltimore, MD. So, I was kind of thinking that it might be very costly. Comment : I made a move from MD to DC because of some personal reasons. I was looking up on the internet for movers from MD and found Global Moving Systems. They help you move from specific locations to any other state within a timeframe as promised on the quote, so I decided to hire them. Well I have a bedroom’s worth of furniture along with a dining table, a trolley case for my TV and books, and the usual. I was more worried about the trolley case because it’s completely made of glass but they moved it in one shape along with everything else. Thanks!
