Comment : Wow! The gentlemen showed up well within their time frame and handled all of our furniture with utmost care and consideration of how best to transport! The estimate was very accurate after listing our needs and actually came in slightly under. They worked very hard and communicated their next steps very clearly, too. It didn't matter if it was my favorite hutch or a less than stellar bookcase...all my things were professionally handled. And ....they stayed on task the whole time!!! They were quick to point out all concerns on items that had shipping "conundrums" and solved the issues expediently! This was my first major move in 25yrs in one home and I'm pleased to say I wouldn't think twice using the services or recommending Experienced Moving to anyone needing this service! THANKYOU!

Comment : I was very happy with the three men who moved my Mother's belongings. We had two stops and they were very helpful and courteous. Anything I asked was taken care of. They were very respectful of her furniture. It was covered and shrink wrapped. They took care not to damage anything. I will use your services again to move the items from her storage unit to my basement when it is complete. Thank you for the whole experience. We were very, very pleased.

Comment : I recently used this company to move my items from a 2nd floor apartment into storage, and then from storage to a new apartment a few weeks later. They were professional and efficient. The move was I within the initial two hours and the price was exactly what was quoted with no add-ons. I have never used a moving service like this, but I can guarantee I will again should the need arise. This is a great company.

Comment : I arranged for a move from Oregon to North Carolina with Marc Samson of this company, later with BAM Express. I arranged it and paid a deposit six months in advance. I learned 2 days before the scheduled move they passed it on to another company, Executive Moving, who did NOT honor the pickup date but picked up 4 days late. Also, the original estimate was 7-9 days transit, then 8-10 days and with the new company, 7-14 days and then increased to 30 days. They shipped my things to Las Vegas where they sat for more than 2 weeks. They are supposedly in transit but I haven't yet received, 19 days after pickup. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LONG DISTANCE MOVES!!

Comment : This is the same company as All Moving and Storage, which is who my contract was with. They have the same letterhead and employees so I am reviewing both. They lost the side rails to my bed and I therefore cannot assemble it. I am nearly 7months pregnant and have been sleeping on the floor since my move. I contacted everyone I can for information or to at least file an insurance claim but have been entirely ignored since May 17. I cannot reach anyone with the company via phone or email. Joe was great in setting up the estimate, but after that everything went down hill. I was told it would take 3 to 7 days for my things to be delivered and given a phone number to call to check up on everything. When I did call, at day7, the number was disconnected (super shady). I finally got Joe to connect me and the woman told me it was actually 5-7 "business" days from the delivery date I requested. Nobody mentioned business days initially. Everything was picked up and on April 29 and finally delivered on May 12. Communication was like pulling teeth through this entire period and the woman, Julia, was always extremely rude and put out sounding when I asked for updates (when I could get her on the phone). My mother had flown in to help me since I am so pregnant; but had to fly back shortly after delivery because things were so delayed. During the delivery inventory, they discovered they did not have my bed rails (the sides of my bed frame). I was told I would again have to deal with Julia. This was a Friday. The warehouse was already closed. Monday I called again and she said she would look into it, that I should email her details, and that from here on out we would communicate via email. I did this and didn't hear anything back. On Wednesday I emailed again asking her to verify that she received the email. She responded saying she had but had to look into it. And that's the last I've heard. No one will respond to my calls or emails. I cannot even get the info to file an insurance claim. This is appalling business practice. I'm not even going to get into how the actual price of the move was literally double the estimate.

Comment : Nick and James are amazing! I am moving from AZ to CO and they "took the frustration out of moving." They are a great group of guys that are polite, experienced, and true business men. They made moving my belongings very easy, and arranged everything so I had nothing to worry about when driving our uhaul. They are both very easy to talk to, joke with, yet still use the time wisely to get the job done. Also, out of the many movers we looked into hiring they were relatively inexpensive for the timeframe that it took them to move my stuff. I requested that they come to CO to help me unload but I was unable to convince them. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service, and thanks again guys

Comment : This company was extremely helpful, giving us all the information we needed. Right up until they picked up our stuff then suddenly they were NO WHERE to be found. Our stuff was picked up Sunday, January 22nd and we were told it would be there a few days later. It has been two weeks and nothing.I have non- stop called them since January 26th and NO ONE has returned my phone call. I finally got a hold of a "manager," she told me that technically they say they will deliver your belongings with-in 7-14 days and by moving law the have up to 30 days. She informed me that a truck broke down and they were waiting on a part. I asked why were we not notified, her response: We did not feel it was necessary. When asked what they were doing about it she said: We are doing all we can. She never once tried to answer a question just avoided it, never offered a discount for the inconvenience and was entirely unprofessional or sympathetic. She spent the time complaining about her job, I informed her this was not my problem and needed my stuff to arrive. To this day she has not once called me, each time we have spoken she rudely interrupts me and answers the phone as: WHAT?!. Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Kassey, Mark, Joseph, Tiffany, Julia or Ashley. They will not help or care, by they way they do not have back up trucks even though they are a MOVING company and have zero backup plan. They also don't care if you have a family emergency and need clothes for a funeral or for your new job. The response: well to bad.
