Comment : Rick Karr, the agent at this location, has been my financial advisor for 10 years now, a fact I realized with surprise as I started writing this review. For that entire time, I have been very impressed with the level of service from him and his staff. When I first came in, as a college student with modest assets, Rick was great about spending extensive time with me, discussing my financial goals, his investment philosophies, how the market and his office operate, and generally helping me feel confident about investing. In the decade since, hes always been thoroughly friendly, approachable, and professional, answering my questions, providing sound advice, and helping moderate my often naive enthusiasm. Hes also been great about helping identify emerging opportunities and keeping a focus on long term investing. The staff are great also Thelma and Debbie are friendly and helpful, and they are able to address many of my needs themselves. They also never fail to get me an appointment with Rick within a day. I moved away roughly 6 years ago, but I have never regretted staying with Rick despite being 500 miles distant. Phone appointments go smoothly and office visits are truly friendly whenever I am in town. Between holiday and birthday cards, the annual client appreciation bash, and the warmth and personal service from Rick and his staff, you will feel like a fat-cat no matter the size of your nest egg.
