Comment : I moved last week and had a good experience with Dumbo Movers truck / crew 61. I choose the option with the plastic bins which makes life a lot easier to not have to breakdown boxes. I felt like the company as a whole was very prompt and on time and in constant communication. Even when I made a major error with not double checking my new apartments address which caused Crew 61 to put in a lot more extra work for nothing...they got the move back on track quickly and were kind.

Comment : The gentlemen who came to move me from Brooklyn to the city were GREAT! They came early--which was so unexpected and appreciated. They moved everything so quickly and there was no hassle at all. The whole process was so painless and easy. They made sure to let me know of any imperfection in my furniture to make sure I was aware that they were packing my things securely and were helpful with the things I packed last minute. It all took a few hours and everything got where it needed to be with no issues. I am certainly going to use them again.

Comment : Dumbo is a nightmarish moving company that Will break your furniture and not provide you with proper compensation even though you purchased proper insurance. They will give you a check and cancel it. Extremely unprofessional people and they are arrogant too!
