Comment : Downing Moving & Storage provided horrible moving services. Recently relocated to Florida and my items arrived completely damaged. Boxes were wet and looked like they were sitting in water for several weeks. Damaged items included : TVs, furniture, dishes, clothing and art work. I was reimbursed (reluctantly) for the items, however, the owner has not been truthful about items that have not been reimbursed. He says they will be delivered or reimbursed and has yet to deliver on his promise. The movers who moved me in were confrontational and argumentative. They did not want to put furniture back together and became obstinate about what they were going to move in. I have moved several times and this by far was the worse move I have ever experienced.
