Comment : I used daniels for 2 local moves and 2 interstate moves and stored my things with them for 8 years. The customer service is the worst! They do not treat their customers with any common courtesy or respect. The claim manager, Vickie is the most toxic rude person you could ever have the misfortune to interact with. It took 4 months to get a claim check for a minimal amount! My local moves were totally mishandled and I had many items broken over the several moves. When they do hire quality people, they do not last long. I am so glad to no longer do business with them! There is obviously something wrong in the management of this company to not recognize the value of the customer. I spent a huge amount of money with this company and they treated me like garbage. Use another service, daniels will not value you or your business.
