Comment : From what I have read in my employee newsletter, the construction is almost done. I do not know because I am too lazy to go downtown. When I do go to the Y, its always a nice experience. The facilities are huge, and they have lots of fancy equipment that I do not know how to use. I am too embarassed to actually ask anyone, so I stick to the swishy machine (not that I know what its called) and the rowing thingy (can you tell that I am a fitness conosoire (and that I can not spell that)). The extension looks really nice and there are even couches. Maybe a post-workout nap is in order? They have hot tubs in the locker rooms - which is nice, but I do not really want to hot tub with a bunch of chicks at the Y. Oh dear YMCA, can you please provide a hot tub in which I can mingle with cute 30-something year old men who have nice government jobs and frequent your facilities because its close to work and not because its free because they work there.
